The necessity of face-to-face transactions in buying and selling has been replaced by online media. PT. Sukses Abadi Teknik is a business company that distributes equipment, machinery and food products. At this time, PT. Sukses Abadi Teknik already has a website, namely satmachine.com. However, the number of sales obtained from the information on the satmachine website still does not meet the expected standards. The aim and purpose of this research is to understand the end user's overall evaluation of the use of the satmachine.com website, and measure the quality of the satmain.com website based on variables Webqual 4.0 dimensions are usability, information quality, service interaction and importance performance analysis on user pleasure. Which resulted in suggestions for follow-up on the company's website to maintain and improve the quality of the satmachine.com website. The Slovin formula was used to obtain the minimum sample size, the sample obtained from the slovin formula calculation was 88 respondents. Then the online questionnaire was distributed to 88 respondents via Google Forms.
