Suli Village is one of the Tourism Villages located in Ambon Island, Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. It has a beautiful beaches as a natural tourist attraction, especially Natsepa beach. The tourist destination is well-known to Indonesians who have visited Ambon island. Natsepa Beach is partly managed by the Central Maluku Regency Government. Tourism activities in the village have not contributed significantly to the development of the economy. Based on these conditions, this study aims to analyze in depth the potential of the Natsepa Beach areas which can be developed into attractive and quality tourism products, the role of "Pentahelix" towards the sustainable development of beach tourism in Suli Village and the obstacle faced in management of the tourist attraction and designing the Pentahelix role for the development of sustainable Natsepa Beach Nature Tourism. The results of the research stated that the Central Maluku Regency Government did not involve Pentahelix in the management and development of the Natsepa Beach Areas, Tourism facilities did not comply tourism standards and the environment of the Beach Areas was not well organized. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive.
