Background: Back pain will usually increase in intensity with increasing gestational age because this pain is the result of a shift in the center of gravity and body posture. Prenatal yoga is expected to help overcome discomfort during pregnancy, especially the third trimester. Bringing pregnant women into a calmer pregnancy atmosphere and preparing the physical body of pregnant women well. Based on this background, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title: "Effectiveness of prenatal yoga on back pain in third trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Telagasari Health Center, Karawang Regency in 2023". Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of prenatal yoga on back pain in third trimester pregnant women in the Telagasari Health Center working area in 2023. Research Method: This study used a quasi-experimental with random sampling with a sample of 30 people. Data techniques included in univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using SPSS program statistical calculations. The results of the study: The results of the statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.000 which is less than the value of ? = 0.05, meaning that Prenatal yoga is effective in reducing back pain in third trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Telaasari Health Center, Karawang Regency, in 2023. Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a decrease in back pain in third trimester pregnant women who have done prenatal yoga. It is hoped that prenatal yoga can be implemented in complementary midwifery care, especially for pregnancy care.
