<![CDATA[Background: The pathophysiology of Meniere's disease in autoimmune diseases is still being debated. Several things link Meniere's disease with autoimmunity. Understanding of the pathophysiology of Meniere's disease in autoimmune patients is important to know to facilitate diagnosis, but recent literature discussing the pathophysiology of Meniere's disease in autoimmune patients is still difficult to find. Objective: The author wants to combine various literature regarding the pathophysiology of Meniere's disease in autoimmune. Method: Using the keywords "Meniere's disease", "autoimmune" samples were taken using the Google Scholar database, PubMed within 5 (five) years. Results: Several autoimmune diseases associated with this disease, among others; systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis. This occurs due to the presence of autoantigens in the inner ear and other biochemical processes that cause complaints of Meniere's disease. Conclusion: Meniere's disease is known to be associated with an autoimmune process involving several biochemical processes, a more detailed discussion is needed regarding the pathophysiology of Meniere's disease with autoimmune so that an in-depth understanding and appropriate treatment is obtained.]]>
