PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP BURNOUT YANG DIMEDIASI STRES PEKERJAAN: (Studi pada PT. BestProfit Futures Di Kota Malang)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Semangat kerja yang tinggi penting dalam kerjasama setiap karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, namun semangat kerja yang rendah maka akan sulit untuk mencapai prestasi kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Pengujian instrumen penelitian dilaksanakan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang diuraikan melalui tiga kriteria di dalam pengujian instrumen penelitian dengan model SEM-PLS yaitu: convergent validity, discriminant validity dan composite reliability. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres pekerjaan, serta terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres pekerjaan dengan burnout pada karyawan PT.Bestprofit Futures di Kota Malang. Selain itu, burnout juga dapat dimediasi oleh stres pekerjaan yang disebabkan oleh tingginya beban kerja pada karyawan. Namun, tidak dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh antara beban kerja dengan burnout pada karyawan PT.Bestprofit Futures di Kota Malang. ABStract High morale is important in the cooperation of each employee to achieve company goals, but low morale will make it difficult to achieve good work performance. This research is quantitative in nature using saturated sampling techniques. The population in this study amounted to 60 people. Testing of research instruments is carried out by validity and reliability tests which are described through three criteria in testing research instruments with the SEM-PLS model, namely: convergent validity, discriminant validity and composite reliability. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between workload and job stress, and there is a positive and significant influence between job stress and burnout on PT.Bestprofit Futures employees in Malang City. In addition, burnout can also be mediated by job stress caused by high workloads on employees. However, it cannot be concluded that there is an influence between workload and burnout on employees of PT.Bestprofit Futures in Malang City.
