<![CDATA[PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) that takes part in construction services, Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Investment. On January 23, 2020, PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) approved the Tiu Spada Dam construction contract for package I where work items include dodge dams, primary dams, retrieval buildings, hydromechanical and electrical. The purpose of this research is to provide improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents in the Tiu Spada Dam Operational Building at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). The method used is Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). Based on the results of the hazard identification carried out, there are 10 potential hazards in the operational building process of the Tiu Spada Dam at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). Proposed improvements that can be given to the company PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) in the operational building of the Tiu Spada Dam based on the K3 control hierarchy, namely in the form of elimination of scrap iron that is not suitable for use and housekeeping. In addition, technical control is carried out in the form of inspection of the work area, firescables with cable ties, labels cables, and makes access roads safer. Furthermore, administrative control is carried out by making signs in dangerous areas, namely signs (be careful of steep roads, be careful of falling, be careful of electric current), make SOPs in working and supervise the operational building work of the Tiu Spada Dam at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). It is hoped that this research can minimize work accidents in the operational building work of the Tiu Sbagi dam project for PT.
