<![CDATA[Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian korelasional yang terdiri dari dua variabel bebas, yaitu motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan emosional, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja guru.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri dan beberapa SMP Swasta se-Kota Bogor. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei menggunakan pendekatan korelasional dengan teknik penyebaran instrumen melalui angket.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dari 20 SMPN dan beberapa SMPS se-Kota Bogor yang berjumlah 135 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel dengan proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik koefisien korelasi sederhana dan berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu: Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru PAI SMP di Kota Bogor. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi kerja guru. Ketiga terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi kerja guru. Correlational research study was classified as consisting of two independent variables, namely achievement motivation and emotional intelligence spiritual, while the dependent variable is the performance of teachers.The research was conducted at the Junior High School and a few private junior Bogor City. Survey research method is a method using a correlational approach to the technique spread through the questionnaire instrument.The population in this study is the entire Islamic Religious Education teacher of 20 SMP and some SMPS as the city of Bogor, amounting to 135 teachers. Sampling with proportional random sampling by the number of samples 50 were teachers. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests simple and multiple correlation coefficient. Hypothesis testing performed at significant level α = 0.05.The results yield three conclusions: first there is a positive and highly significant relationship between achievement motivation with work performance of islamic education teacher in the city of Bogor. Second, there is a positive and highly significant relationship between emotional intelligence spiritual teacher working with teachers achievement. Third there is a positive and highly significant correlation between achievement motivation and emotional intelligence spiritual jointly with the work performance of teachers.]]>
