<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Kopi sebagai salah satu komponen ekspor terbesar Bangsa Indonesia memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan penghasil kopi terbesar secara nasional, secara regional wilayah Priangan, Cikuray dan Pangalengan adalah daerah penghasil kopi terbesar se-Jawa Barat. Kehidupan ekonomi dapat berdampak pada lemahnya taraf hidup dan keberlangsungan kehidupan, dengan potensi yang dimiliki Desa Ciloto dapat dikembangkan pemberdayaan kebun kopi. Secara geografis Ciloto memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dengan pola pendekatan persuasive dan teknis terhadap masyarakat dalam upaya membudidayakan kopi secara professional. Langkah penulis dalam hal pemberdayaan kebun kopi tersebut selain pendekatan persuasive tentunya dengan pembinaan dan penyuluhan serta melakukan jejaring dengan para professional dalam mengelola kebun kopi sehingga dapat berdaya guna dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan pendekatan lapangan (field studi) dengan teknis observasi dan wawancara langsung. Penulis juga melakukan studi literatur terkait dengan pengelolaan dan mekanisme pemberdayaan kebub kopi.
