<![CDATA[Low Back Pain is a pain that often occurs in plantation workers, especially rubber tapping workers caused by unfavorable work activities. Efforts that can be done to treat low back pain are warm compresses. The purpose of this study was to identify differences in pain response before and after warm compresses were carried out on Gunung Porong plantation workers in Bondowoso Regency. This study uses the Quasy Experimental One group pretest-posttest design group. The population in this study were all rubber tapping workers in Gunung Tide plantations totaling 30 people. The sample in this study was taken by simple random sampling with a sample of 28 people. The results of the study were tested using paired sample t-test. It was found that before the warm compresses were performed, the respondent's pain was in the moderate pain category after the respondent's warm compress was done in the mild pain category. The results of the analysis showed that the value of p = 0,000 <α 0.01 showed that there were differences in the level of pain scale before and after warm compresses were performed, warm compresses can reduce LBP pain.
