<![CDATA[Abstrak Program dana pensiun adalah program yang menjanjikan pembayaran sejumlah uang secara berkala setelah peserta berhenti bekerja karena mencapai usia pensiun. Terdapat dua jenis program pensiun yaitu Program Pensiun Iuran Pasti (PPIP) dan Program Pensiun Manfaat Pasti (PPMP). Tujuan dari penelittian ini untuk menganalisis hasil perhitungan dari besarnya iuran normal, kewajiban aktuaria dan membandingkan nilai akhir iuran normal dengan menggunakan metode Attained Age Normal dan metode Projected Unit Credit. Dimana pada perhitungan ini menggunakan gaji terakhir Pegawai Negeri Sipil golongan III/A. Hasil dari perhitungan besar iuran normal dan besar kewajiban aktuaria menggunakan metode Attained Age Normal lebih besar sesuai dengan usia masuk peserta pensiun dan lama masa kerjanya. perhitungan pada iuran normal semakin cepat masuk menjadi peserta program pensiun akan semakin sedikit iuran normal yang akan di keluarkan. Sedangkan untuk kewajiban aktuaria akan terus meningkat seiring lamanya masa kerja. Perbandingan dari nilai akhir iuran normal dari akumulasi iuran normal setiap peserta untuk metode Attained Age Normal lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode Projected Unit Credit.
