<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to examine the background of profit sharing based on the Muzarah Agreementand Muqabara Agreement regarding the welfare of farmers in Bakayon Village from Al-Ghazali'sperspective.The Bakeyon Village community collaborates on land management in the form of Ngarak Palong.The muzala and muzala profit sharing system implemented by the Bakayon village community was ableto improve the farmer's economy and no one felt disadvantaged.This research uses a qualitative approach.The data collected were primary and secondary data through collecting interview data from 10 informants.The data analysis used in the research is descriptive data analysis.The findings show that most people consider agriculture as the activity of farming and raising livestock.This shows that the importance of uncultivated and empty agricultural land is the main reason forimplementing profit sharing in Bakayon Village.This shows that there is a relationship between land availability and the community's decision to implementbenefit sharing arrangements in the agricultural sector.Land owners use a profit sharing system such as a muzarah ormukabala agreement to give their land toother people to manage.The Bakeyon village community will be greatly helped by this benefit distribution system and cancontribute to increasing economic prosperity.The new insight from this research is to use al-Ghazali's theory which has never been used by anyonebefore]]>
