<![CDATA[Pain during childbirth that is very painful and long can affect the increase in blood circulation and reduce energy, which must be treated quickly and appropriately so that the mother and fetus can be saved. High labor pain can cause anxiety. The aim of the research is to provide comprehensive and sustainable midwifery care for mothers giving birth, with management of midwifery care in accordance with midwifery service standards. The midwifery care that was applied was Back Massage for Reducing Labor Pain in the 1st Stage. Research method The research was conducted at the Tanjung Balai Karimun Health Center in February 2023. The subject used in this case study with midwifery care management was Mrs. C. The data collection method was participatory observation, interviews, measurements, documentation. There are three types of research instruments, namely midwifery care format.
