<![CDATA[This research was motivated by observation data which showed that student learning outcomes in PPKN material were very low. To respond to this, researchers conducted classroom action research aimed at improving student learning outcomes. The objectives to be achieved in this research include: (1) Knowing the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model method CITY (Student Teams Achievement Division) in improving student learning outcomes, (2) Knowing the improvement in student learning outcomes with the Model CITY (Student Teams Achievement Division). This research is classroom action research using the cooperative STAD model. This research was conducted in class XII with a total of 40 students. This research measures all domains of learning outcomes, namely: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The research results show an increase in each domain in each cycle. By using the STAD cooperative model, students gain direct learning experience so that learning is more interesting and can improve student learning outcomes. From the data, it is recommended that teachers use the STAD cooperative model in PPKN learning at SMAN 14 Pandeglang to improve student learning outcomes]]>
