<![CDATA[This mini-research aims to assess the effectiveness of implementing GCG at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan. This research intends to assess how PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan implements good corporate governance (GCG). Using research methods and descriptive approaches. To conduct this research, researchers used qualitative research methods. Research findings show that although Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan has implemented GCG, its implementation still has challenges and its implementation is not yet ideal. With the help of this research, businesses can assess how well GCG principles have been implemented and receive recommendations on how best to use those principles, which are still considered not fully implemented.]]>
