Pengkultusan Merek Iphone oleh Anggota Perempuan Komunitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran merek, ritual dan tradisi dan tanggung jawab moral kolektif anggota perempuan dari komunitas pengguna dalam proses pengkultusan merek Iphone. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini terutama menggunakan konsep pengkultusan merek Muniz dan O‘Guinn (2001) dan perilaku perempuan terhadap ponsel seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Wilska (2003). Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengkultusan merek oleh anggota perempuan dari komunitas Iphone terjadi dalam pembentukan kesadaran merek, ritual dan tradisi dan tanggung jawab moral kolektif. Gender dan bagaimana wanita berinteraksi turut membangun bagaimana proses pengkultusan merek ini. This study aims to understand the awareness of the brand, rituals and traditions and the collective moral responsibility of female members of Iphone using community in the cult of the product. Using the case study, this research draws the concept of the cult of brand developed by Muniz and O’Guinn (2001) and women’s behavior towards mobile phones by Wilska (2003). The main conclusion is the cult of Iphone by female members of Iphone community occurs in the formation of brand consciousness, rituals and traditions and collective moral responsibility. Gender bias and how the women interact construct the process of this cult of the brand.
