Peran Guru Olahraga dalam Meningkatkan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Sepak Bola di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan atau lembaga akademik, diharapkan sebagai sarana yang baik dan pantas bagi setiap peserta didik. Baik di dalam jam belajar maupun diluar jam belajar (kegiatan ekstrakurikuler). Peran Guru Olahraga dalam meningkatkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SDN Percobaan 1 Kota Malang seharusnya dijalankan dengan baik. Di sekolah tersebut seharusnya sudah menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang cukup bagi berlangsungnya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola untuk setiap peserta didik. SDN Percobaan 1 Kota Malang seharusnya hadir sebagai fasilitator dan penunjang dalam mengembangkan keberlangsungan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran guru olahraga dalam meningkatkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di SDN Percobaan 1 Kota Malang. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data dilakukan pada saat proses pengumpulan data tentang berlangsungnya dan pada saat data terkumpul semua. Sehingga berkenan dengan apa yang dikatakan di atas maka penulis berkesimpulan bahwa SDN Percobaan 1 Kota Malang sebagai sekolah tempat belajar dan menuntut ilmu juga harus menjadi fasilitator, penyedia dan pendukung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang baik setiap peserta didik. Mulai dari pengadaan alat-alat permainan sepak bola, seperti bola yang cukup, gawang dan kostum yang memadai sesuai dengan jumlah peserta didik yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut agar dapat termotivasi dan mempunyai daya semangat yang tinggi. The role of the Sports Teacher in increasing extracurricular football activities at SDN Percobaan 1 Malang City should be carried out well. The school should have provided sufficient facilities and infrastructure for extracurricular football activities for each student. SDN Percobaan 1 Malang City should be present as a facilitator and supporter in developing the sustainability of extracurricular football activities. This research aims to find out how big the role of sports teachers is in increasing extracurricular football activities at SDN Percobaan 1 Malang City. Research using descriptive methods through a naturalistic qualitative approach. The data collection technique for this research was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis carried out during the data collection process regarding the ongoing process and when all the data was collected. So, in accordance with what is said above, the author concludes that SDN Percobaan 1 Malang City as a school where learning and studying must also be a facilitator, provider and supporter of good extracurricular activities for each student. Starting from procuring soccer playing equipment, such as sufficient balls, goals and adequate costumes according to the number of students taking part in these extracurricular activities so that they can be motivated and have high levels of enthusiasm.
