PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF MELALUI GAMIFICATION LEARNING: PENERAPAN MODEL TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT PADA MATERI MITIGASI BENCANA

Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil belajar kognitif memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran. Pemilihan metode dan media yang tepat sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan hasil belajar kognitif. Rendahnnya nilai hasil belajar kognitif disebabkan karena pemilihan model dan media yang tidak tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik melalui penerapan model TGT terintegrasi dengan uno stacko dalam materi mitigasi bencana. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu PTK atau penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan tipe partisipan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus utama dengan alur identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan dilanjutkan refleksi pada tiap siklus. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Ma’arif Lawang dengan total 25 peserta didik. teknik penghimpunan data menggunakan  instrumen soal dengan rincian 10 soal pilihan ganda dan 5 esai. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan rata-rata, persentase kenaikan serta pembobotan skor dan disajikan dalam bentuk analisis deksriptif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran TGT dengan diintegrasikan uno stacko mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa secara signifikan pada siklus 1 dan kembali memperoleh kenaikan pada siklus 2. Hal ini diibuktikan dengan kenaikan nilai hasil belajar dari pra siklus dengan nilai 56,16 ke siklus 1 menjadi 69,28 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar  23% dan siklus 1 dengan nilai 69,28 ke siklus 2 yang berhasil memperoleh nilai 76 atau meningkat sebesar 10%. Dengan demkian, model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan uno stacko mampu memberikan peningkatan pada hasil belajar kognitif bagi peserta didik.Abstract:  Abstract:  Cognitive learning outcomes have an important role in learning. The selection of appropriate methods and media greatly influences the development of cognitive learning outcomes. The low value of cognitive learning outcomes is caused by improper selection of models and media. This study aims to provide improved cognitive learning outcomes of learners through the application of the TGT model integrated with uno stacko in disaster mitigation materials. This type of research is PTK or classroom action research that uses participant types. This research consists of 2 main cycles with the flow of problem identification, planning, implementation, observation and continued reflection on each cycle. The research subjects in this study were class XI Social Studies 2 at SMA Ma'arif Lawang with a total of 25 students. The data collection technique uses a question instrument with details of 10 multiple-choice questions and 5 essays. Data analysis techniques are carried out by averaging, percentage increase and weighting scores and presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of the study found that the implementation of the TGT learning model with integrated uno stacko was able to significantly improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in cycle 1 and again gain an increase in cycle 2. This is evidenced by the increase in the value of learning outcomes from pre-cycle with a value of 56.16 to cycle 1 to 69.28 or an increase of 23% and cycle 1 with a value of 69.28 to cycle 2 which managed to obtain a value of 76 or an increase of 10%. Thus, the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by uno stacko is able to provide improvements in cognitive learning outcomes for students.
