KEEFEKTIFAN ALAT PERAGAMEMORIZE TRIGONOMETRI FINGERS TERHADAPMOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJARSISWA SMA NEGERI 1 NGRONGGOT

Abstract

Alat peraga “Memorize Trigonometri Fingers” adalah alat peraga yang memanfaatkan jari tangan manusia yang dihiasi atau dilukis dengan hena, alat tulis, aeliner, atau cat. Rumus sinus dan cosinus dengan sudut istimewa di kuadran I disisipkan dalam hiasan tersebut sehingga memudahkan siswa dalam menghafal. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat keefektifan alat peraga Memorize Trigonometri Fingers terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ngronggot.     Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogennitas, uji t, uji Mann Whitney, korelasi dan determinasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ngronggot kelas X. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan siswa kelas X-3 dan siswa kelas X-2. Materi pelajaran yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Trigonometri sudut-sudut istimewa di kuadaran satu. Hasil penelitian hipotesis 1: untuk motivasi belajar siswa, AsySig(2-tailed) = 0,084 > 0,05 berdistribusi normal, data homogen karena nilai signifikan dari Based on Mean sebesar 0,794 > 0,05. Karena nilai sig 0,325 > 0,05 pada uji-t maka H0 diterima artinya tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata motivasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang menggunakan alat peraga Memorize Trigonometri Fingers dengan siswa yang menggunakan alat peraga Roda Pintar Trigonometri.            Berdasarkan Output SPSS for Windows versi 20.0 diperoleh nilai t = 0,993, selanjutnya r = 0,126 dan rtabel = 0,242 untuk menghitung koefisien determinasi. Ada keefektifan penggunaan alat peraga Memorize Trigonometri Fingers terhadap motivasi belajar walaupun sangat lemah sebesar 1,6%. Hasil penelitian hipotesis 2: untuk hasil belajar siswa, uji normalitas: nilai Asymp Sigtailed) = 0,000 untuk kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol Asymp Sig (2-tailed) = 0,018 ˂ α = 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, nilai hasil belajar matematika tidak berdistribusi normal. uji homogenitas sebesar 0,022 ˂ 0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Kedua kelas bersifat tidak homogen, karena data tidak normal dan tidak homogen, maka menggunakan uji nonparametric Mann-Whitney Test. Sig (2 tailet) = 0,383 dan Z= - 0,871hal ini berarti nilai sig 0,383 > 0,05 maka H0 diterima artinya tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika antara siswa yang menggunakan alat peraga Memorize Trigonometri Fingers dengan siswa yang menggunakan alat peraga Roda Pintar Trigonometri. Nilai z = - 0,871, nilai dan rtabel = 0,242, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 1,2%. Artinya besarnya pengaruh alat peraga Memorize Trigonometri Fingers terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa sebesar 1,2% termasuk sangat lemah. The "Memorize Trigonometry Fingers" prop is a prop that uses human fingers decorated or painted with henna, stationery, aliner or paint. The sine and cosine formulas with special angles in quadrant I are inserted in the decoration to make it easier for students to memorize. This research aims to see the effectiveness of the Memorize Trigonometry Fingers teaching aid on the motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngronggot. This research is quantitative research. This research uses the normality test, homogeneity test, t test, Mann Whitney test, correlation and determination. The research population was students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngronggot class X. Meanwhile, the sample used was students of class X-3 and students of class X-2. The subject matter used in the research is Trigonometry of special angles in the first quadrant. Hypothesis 1 research results: for student learning motivation, AsySig(2-tailed) = 0.084 > 0.05 with normal distribution, homogeneous data because the significant value of Based on Mean is 0.794 > 0.05. Because the sig value is 0.325 > 0.05 in the t-test, H0 is accepted, meaning there is no difference in the average motivation to learn mathematics between students who use the Memorize Trigonometry Fingers teaching aid and students who use the Trigonometry Smart Wheel teaching aid. Based on the SPSS for Windows version 20.0 output, the value obtained is t = 0.993, then r = 0.126 and rtable = 0.242 to calculate the coefficient of determination. There is effectiveness of using the Memorize Trigonometry Fingers teaching aid on learning motivation, although it is very weak at 1.6%. Hypothesis 2 research results: for student learning outcomes, normality test: Asymp Sigtailed value) = 0.000 for the experimental class and control class Asymp Sig (2-tailed) = 0.018 ˂ α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected, the mathematics learning outcome scores are not distributed normal. homogeneity test is 0.022 ˂ 0.05 then H0 is rejected. The two classes are not homogeneous, because the data is not normal and not homogeneous, so the nonparametric Mann-Whitney Test is used. Sig (2 tails) = 0.383 and Z = - 0.871, this means that the sig value is 0.383 > 0.05, so H0 is accepted, meaning there is no difference in the average mathematics learning outcomes between students who use the Memorize Trigonometry Fingers teaching aids and students who use the learning aids Trigonometry Smart Wheel. The z value = - 0.871, the calculated r_value = 0.109 and rtable = 0.242, the coefficient of determination value is 1.2%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the Memorize Trigonometry Fingers teaching aid on students' mathematics learning outcomes is 1.2%, which is very weak.
