<![CDATA[Functional food is increasing along with the increasing number of people with degenerative diseases and the elderly population, the development of commercial products, scientific evidence of the benefits of functional food components, and the development of food technology. The purpose of this research is. The research was conducted in Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. The research was conducted in March – June 2022. The research was arranged in a Split-Plot Design consisting of 4 main plots (PGPR Concentration) and 4 subplots (crosses). Based on the results, it was concluded that there was an interaction between the administration of PGPR and the reciprocal cross of Pulut-purple corn x sweet corn on the observation of sugar content characters. PGPR treatment with PGPR concentration of 45 ml/l water (V45) can increase growth and yield characteristics. The results of the reciprocal crosses (JPUM) of pulut-purple corn♀ x sweet corn and (JMPU) sweet corn♀ x pulut-purple corn showed that the female parent was more dominant than the male parent.]]>
