<![CDATA[Abstract EnglishThis study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Mowilex Indonesia. The population in this study were 310 employees of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used in this study was 210 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive convenience sampling technique. The analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
