<![CDATA[The integrity and welfare of judges are always hotly discussed, especially when they are associated with the value of justice in judicial decisions. In this study, the researcher conducted the main study of integrity, correlation with the justice of judges' decisions during the companionship period. This research uses a normative approach with literacy studies as primary sources and is using the prescriptive analytical method. The results show that the integrity of judges has a strong formation of fair judicial decisions, while the level of welfare of judges does not guarantee the public justice from each judge's decision. However, welfare needs to be improved to encourage judges to have a professional attitude so that it can support the justice of judges’ decisions as long as it the political interests of the government. The reflection of the above historical literacy for Indonesian judges is that it is important to maintain personal integrity to ensure the justice of the decisions they will render by applying a meaningful life pattern or at least a ‘good life’ pattern.]]>
