The purpose of this study was to analyze the measurement of mental workload in HRD employees. The research approach used is Mixed Method with Sequential explanatory designs. The results of mental workload measurements from all respondents fall into the "very high" mental workload category, namely for Human Resources Manager (HRM) with a value of 86, Human Resources Officer (HRO) with a value of 82, and Security Leader (SL) with a value of 85.33.
