<![CDATA[Parasrejo Village, Pasuruan Regency is one of the villages that has a waste bank program, but over the last three years, it has not been running optimally so people burn their waste without sorting it first. Dry leaf litter becomes rubbish in the home environment which if not processed will disturb the aesthetics of the house and if burned will produce environmental pollution, so this activity aims to introduce composter technology to process dry leaf litter into good quality compost. economical value and able to reduce the existing waste problem. just burn it and leave it like that. Implementation of activities is carried out by combining several methods, including (1) socialization, (2) training or science and technology simulations, and (3) monitoring. The overallconclusion from this activity is that the people of Parasrejo Village are aware of the benefits of leaf litter which until now has only been burned and landfilled to become a processed product witheconomic value, namely compost. The next hope is that the community can make compost independently and there is collaboration between the service team and partners.
