Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)yang berjumlah 1.300 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan dua metode Uji statistik yaitu Uji Simultan (Uji F) dan Uji Parsial (Uji T) dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi berpengaruh positif dan cukup kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, yang berarti bahwa berarti variabel proses rekrutmen dan proses seleksi mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 56,1 % terhadap variabel terikat yakni kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari penelitian ini. This study aims to determine how the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). The population in this study are employees who work at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) which amounts to 1,300 people. The number of samples used was 73 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique used is to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (T Test) using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that the Recruitment and Selection Process had a positive and strong enough effect on Employee Performance, which means that the recruitment process and selection process variables contributed 56.1% to the dependent variable, namely employee performance while the remaining 43.9% was explained by other factors outside of this study.
