Hubungan Pola Makan dan Stres dengan Kejadian Diabetes Mellitus di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Banda Aceh

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penderita diabetes melitus dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah faktor keturunan/genetik, obesitas, perubahan gaya hidup, pola makan yang salah, obat-obatan yang mempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, proses menua, kehamilan, perokok dan stres. Jumlah penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 yang berobat di RS Bhayangkara sebanyak 104 orang pada tahun 2021. Dari 15 pasien DM diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar yaitu 9 pasien memiliki kebiasaan buruk yaitu tidak menjalankan diet yang disarankan oleh dokter. Dan mayoritas responden mengalami stres dengan kegiatan keseharian. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dan stres dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus pada pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Banda Aceh tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional, total sampel 66 orang pasien yang berobat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling yaitu responden yang bertemu dengan peneliti saat penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 66 yang berobat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara, bahwa ada hubungan P value 0,001 pola makan, ada hubungan P value 0,023 stres dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus pada pasien yang berobat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Banda Aceh. Ada hubungan pola makan dan stres dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus pada pasien yang berobat di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Banda Aceh. Diharapkan pasien lebih patuh terhadap penyuluhan terkait cara mengontrol gula darah sehingga masalah tersebut bisa teratasi khususnya kejadian stres pada penderita diabetes mellitus serta patuh menjalankan tentang mengontrol gula darah sehingga kejadian stres bisa teratasi.Kata Kunci: Kejadian diabetes mellitus, pola makan dan stres The increasing number of people with diabetes mellitus can be caused by many factors, including heredity/genetic factors, obesity, lifestyle changes, wrong eating patterns, drugs that affect blood glucose levels, lack of physical activity, the aging process, pregnancy, smoking and stress The number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus seeking treatment at Bhayangkara Hospital is 104 people in 2021. This study was an analytic study with a cross-sectional design, a total sample of 66 patients who were treated at Bhayangkara Hospital. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, namely respondents who met the researcher during the study. This research was conducted from 6 – 18 June 2022. The results of the study showed that 66 who were treated at Bhayangkara Hospital, that there was a P value 0.001 relationship with eating patterns, there was a P value 0.023 relationship with stress with the incidence of diabetes mellitus in patients treated at Bhayangkara Hospital Banda Aceh. There is a relationship between diet and stress with the incidence of diabetes mellitus in patients seeking treatment at Bhayangkara Hospital in Banda Aceh. It is hoped that patients will be more obedient to counseling related to how to control blood sugar so that these problems can be resolved, especially the events of stress in people with diabetes mellitus and adherence to carrying out about controlling blood sugar so that stress events can be resolved.Keywords: Diabetes mellitus, diet and stress
