<![CDATA[This research is to find out the Governance of Dynamic Archives at the Bulawa Sub-district Office, Bone Bolango Regency Viewed from: Archive Creation, Archive Use, Archive Maintenance, Archive Shrinkage, Archive Destruction. This research method is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that in Dynamic Archive Governance at the Bulawa Sub-district Office, in general, the implementation of the dynamic archive management process has been carried out well but is not optimal. Judging from the stages: The creation of dynamic archives which includes incoming and outgoing letters, has been running properly, the inefficient use of archives because the search for archives takes a long time and the borrowing of archives does not use control cards and does not use SOPs, archive maintenance is carried out by cleaning archives from dust and dirt, but lack of awareness of employees in archive maintenance, It is also seen from the employees who have never participated in training on archivists, therefore the employees do not understand how to manage the archives, especially in the maintenance of archives, the shrinkage of archives which is carried out every year, but in this shrinkage process does not use the archive retention schedule, only using estimates, the destruction of archives is carried out by the burning method. However, in the destruction of this archive, it has not followed the stages in the destruction of archives or standard operational procedures. Archive management is still hampered due to the lack of employee knowledge about archives, so archive management is not optimal. ]]>
