<![CDATA[This study addresses the gap in customized educational tools for enhanced student engagement by integrating local content into digital learning resources. An E-Book tailored for eleventh-grade students at one of the high schools at Palangka Raya city was developed, focusing on narrative texts that incorporate local contexts. Utilizing the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework and the ADDIE model within a Research & Development approach, the project aimed to advance the learning experience through digital innovation. Expert validation indicated high-quality media presentation and local content integration, with scores of 78% and 88%, respectively. Student feedback revealed a remarkable attractiveness rating of 90%. These findings suggest that the E-Book significantly enhances educational outcomes, demonstrating the efficacy of the TPACK framework and ADDIE model in creating relevant learning experiences. The study underscores the importance of local content in digital educational tools and has broad implications for curriculum development.]]>
