<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Jawa Tengah, menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Jawa Tengah, menganalisis pengaruh upah terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Jawa Tengah, menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan upah secara bersama-sama terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data panel yang diuji dengan metode analisis regresi doubel log linier dengan Generalized Least Square (GLS). Pengujian secara parsial digunakan uji t-Statistik dan pengujian secara serempak digunakan uji F-statistik, dimana pengujian tersebut menggunakan alat bantu program Eviews 6.0. Hasil penelitian adalah inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan upah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengangguran terdidik di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sebesar 0.015718, pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan sebesar -0.048000, upah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sebesar -1.488464. Maka disarankan kepada pemerintah untuk lebih memperhatikan kebijakan yang dilakukan, selain itu diharapkan bagi perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan para pekerja agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of foreign inflation to educated unemployed in Central Java, to analyze the effect on unemployment to educated economic growth in Central Java, to analyze the effect of wages to educated unemployment in Central Java, to analyze the effect of foreign variable inflation, economic growth, and wages simultaneously equal to the educated unemployed in Central Java. The method used is quantitative method with panel data tested by the method of the double log linear regression analysis with Generalized Least Square (GLS). Partial test used t-test and test statistics are simultaneously used the F- statistic test, which tests the use of tools Eviews 6.0 program. The research result is inflation, economic growth, and wage together significantly influence of educated unemployment in Central Java province, inflation is negative and significant effect of 0.015718, economic growth and no significant negative effect of -0.048000, wages and significant negative effect of -1.488464. It is suggested to the government to pay more attention to policies that do, other than that expected for the company to pay more attention to the welfare of the workers in order to increase labor productivity.]]>
