<![CDATA[Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Pertumbuhan industri elektronik di Indonesia mengalami penurunan dan relative lambat dibandingkan dengan sektor industri lain yang ada di Indonesia. Selain itu terdapat 10 perusahaan elektronik di Indonesia belum mampu menyerap tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia dengan baik. Hal ini dapat diketahui pada tahun 2012 mengalami penurunan penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia.Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang berupa data time series dengan periode pengamatan 1983-2012, variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel dependen yaitu penyerapan tenaga kerja industri elektronik di Indonesia (Y) dan variabel independen yaitu jumlah perusahaan industri elektronik di Indonesia (X1), pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja industri elektronik di Indonesia (X2), dan laju pertumbuhan ekonomi (X3). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan metode E-Views.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dapat diperoleh bahwa jumlah perusahaan sebesar 0,698758 artinya variabel jumlah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia, variabel pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja sebesar 0,297778 artinya variabel pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia. variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar -0,001250 artinya variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia adalah jumlah perusahaan dan pengeluaran tenaga kerja, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri elektronik di Indonesia. In addition to the industrial sector 10 electronics companies in Indonesia have not been able to absorb the manpower on the electronic industry in Indonesia. This can be noted in the year 2012 has decreased the absorption of labor in the electronic industry in Indonesia.Types and sources of data using a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series data with observational period 1983-2012, variable dependent variable consists of research, namely electronic industry labor absorption in Indonesia (Y) and the independent variable is the number of electronic industry company in Indonesia (X1) expenditures for the electronic industry workforce in Indonesia (X2) and the rate of economic growth (X3). Data collection using the method of documentation, data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the method of E-Views.Based on multiple linear regression analysis results can be obtained that the number of companies of 0,698758 means that the variable is positive and significant influential amount of absorption of labor in the electronic industry in Indonesia. variable expenses for labor of 0,297778 means variable expenses for labor and significant positive effect of absorption of labor in the electronic industry in Indonesia.
