<![CDATA[Abstrak___________________________________________________________________Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), belanja modal, dan tenaga kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data yang digunakan adalah data 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah periode 2008-2012. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi data panel model efek tetap dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. belanja modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. PAD, belanja modal, dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengoptimalkan penggalian pajak daerah, alokasi belanja modal diharapkan kepada pembangunan infrastruktur, dan perlunya pelatihan atau kursus keterampilan guna peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja.Abstract___________________________________________________________________The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of local revenues, public expenditure and labor on economic growth by using the data of 35 regencies/cities in Central Java for periods of 2008-2012. The analysis method was used Generalized Least Square (GLS) with Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that the variable of local revenue is positively related to economic growth, capital expenditure is negatively related to economic growth and labor is positively related to economic growth. Local revenue, public expenditure and labor jointly effect economic growth. Suggestions related to this research are needed to optimize collecting local taxes, capital expenditure directed towards the development of infrastructure, and the need for skills training courses to improve the quality of labor.]]>
