<![CDATA[Semarang State University constantly plays its role in conservation in implementation conservation pillars. In terms of biological diversity, the new students of Semarang State University are responsible for planting seeds. As a surveillance effort to their responsibility. Conservation Development Board has developed tree planting information systems. This system is called Tree Planting Monitoring Information System or Siomon. The information system whose web address http://siomon.unnes.ac.id becomes a means for the students to report and monitor the tree planting. However, the database structure of Siomon must be synchronized to the students’ personal data system or myunnes. In order to solve that issue, Siomon database synchronization is necessary to be conducted. This study is a means to repair Siomon as a real form of implementation of conservation within the State University of Semarang. From the above problems, formulation of the problem in this research is how to design the normalization of the database table structure planting Siomon to be in sync with the tables structure myunnes. In this study the Research and Development exploited to produce an information system that is easy, practical, and informative. In more operational, in this study, all four stages are outlined in three main activities. (1) The preliminary study phase, which includes a needs analysis; (2) the design of the normalization of the database table structure. (3) refinement of the model. Universitas Negeri Semarang terus berupaya meningkatkan peran dalam konservasi dengan menerapkan pilar konservasi. Di bidang konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, mahasiswa baru Universitas Negeri Semarang mempunyai kewajiban menanam bibit tanaman. Sebagai upaya untuk melakukan proses pemantauan penanaman yang ditanam oleh mahasiswa. Badan Pengembang Konservasi telah mengembangkan sistem informasi penanaman pohon. Sistem ini dinamakan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Penanaman Pohon atau Siomon. Sistem yang beralamatkan di http://siomon.unnes.ac.id ini menjadi sarana pelaporan dan pemantauan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Unnes. Namun demikian struktur database Siomon harus tersinkronisasi dengan sistem data pribadi mahasiswa atau myunnes. Menindaklanjuti permasalahan tersebut, sangatlah perlu untuk melakukan sinkronisasi database siomon dengan myunnes. Penelitian ini merupakan sarana dalam perbaikan Siomon sebagai bentuk nyata implementasi konservasi di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Dari permasalahan di atas, rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang normalisasi struktur tabel penanaman pada database Siomon agar dapat sinkron dengan struktur tabel pada myunnes. Dalam penelitian ini Research and Development dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi yang mudah, praktis, dan informatif. Secara lebih operasional, dalam penelitian ini, ke empat tahap tersebut dijabarkan dalam tiga kegiatan utama. (1) tahap studi pendahuluan, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan; (2) rancangan normalisasi struktur tabel database. (3) penyempurnaan model.. ]]>
