Abstract

Abstract: The objective of the research is to develop a cross-cultural monoculture learning model to reduce prejudice in elementary school students. Research and development research approach using ADDIE model. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Descriptive data analysis. The results of this study received validator assessments and were tested on a small scale and wide-scale test with excellent information obtained from instructional learning data, pretest and postest student prejudice questionnaires, and student responses to learning. This suggests that a cross-cultural learning model is worthy of use in learning to reduce prejudice in elementary school students with a monoculture background.Keywords: cross cultural learning, prejudice, monoculture, elementary school.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran lintas budaya monokultur untuk mereduksi prasangka pada siswa sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian research and development menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini mendapat penilaian validator dan diujikan dalam skala kecil dan uji skala luas dengan keterangan sangat baik yang diperoleh dari data keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, kuisioner prasangka siswa pretest dan postest, dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran lintas budaya layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk mereduksi prasangka pada siswa sekolah dasar dengan latar belakang monokultur.Kata kunci: pembelajaran lintas budaya, prasangka, monokultur, sekolah dasar.
