Abstract

Work performance is influenced by some factors such as knowledge, motivation, and individual role. Individual Work performance will influence team work performance and organization work performance. Team workperformance is also influenced by some factors related to characteristic ofthe team. Meanwhile, work performance is influenced by various organization characteristics. This research is aimed to analyze the influence of independent variable: self perception, motivation, and self concept towards dependent variable, work performance of near phase retired teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang.The method used in this research is quantitative method using validity test, reliability, and multiple regressions. Software SPSS 16.0 version is used to testthe previous hypothesis. Respondents in this research were teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Semarang. Sample of this research were 35 teachers with census method. It is known that self perception, motivation, and self concept influence towards work performance. Based on the analyzed data, it is reached that t1=3,989, t2=2,366, t3=2,132 and significances of each variable is under 0,05. All hypothesis influence work performance partially. Based on the result of the research, self perception, motivation, and self concept can explain that the influence is 58,3% towards work performance, while the residue is explained by 41,7% of other variable.
