ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the influence of location and service on student satisfaction at STMIK Pranata Indonesia. Basic theories used according to Swastha, location is the place where a business or business activity is carried out, while Loina (2001,138): Service is an overall process from the formation of a corporate image through news media, forming a corporate culture internally, and communicating about the company's views to government leaders and other interested public. The research method used by Field Research (field survey) by distributing questionnaires to students as many as 30 people. Apparently a magnitude - 87.7, b2 = 1.5, and b3 = 2.1, F count = 17.87, F table ( 0.05, 2, 27) = 3.58 then F = 17.87> 3.58, then the regression equation is X1 = - 87.7 + 1.5 X2 + 2.1 X3, meaningfully or significantly can be used to predict multiple regression, the population studied. r2 (3) = 0.97, Sb2 = 106.1, Sb3 = 145.87, t calculate the normal distribution of campus locations with t count service to students namely 0.01, 0.01 <1,314, t count 3,58, maka persamaan regresinya yaitu X1= - 87,7 + 1,5 X2 + 2,1 X3, secara berarti atau signifikan dapat digunakan untuk meramal regresi multiple,populasi yang diteliti. r2(3)=0,97, Sb2 =106,1, Sb3 = 145,87, t hitung distribusi normal lokasi kampus sama dengan t hitung pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa yaitu 0,01, 0,01 < 1,314, t hitung < t tabel yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh lokasi dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata kunci : Lokasi dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.
