Thevolunteers can be involved in different areas like archeology, biology, construction, teaching, and conser vation. Compared to other forms of tourism, itis considered as an alternative, sustainable, culturally aware and environmentallyfriendly form of tourism which take into consideration and benefit the localcommunity.
