Lecturers are the successful point of a college growth especially for private colleges in South Sumatera area. The research result generates that although all the executives of private colleges relize a lecturer is a very fundamental human resource in a private college, but ironically that there are still many lecturers of a private college in South Sumatera have a very minimum prosperity beside many conflict problems in his/her family with the result that influences on his/her personal motivation rate in doing its profession. This research has been successful to contribute a new novelty in the theory named anaestethized-holistic reinforcement that can also relates it with its independent variables that can be also as new novelties in the theory called Family-Interest Conflict theory and Antagonistic-Environmental Prosperity theory. The result of full-empirical model shows that the direct effect of anaestethized-holistic reinforcement on a lecturer’s motivation is around 0,446 that means it has a positive and significant influence and hopely that situation can be a contemplation for all executive of private colleges to generate and increase a fair and objective regulation/rule for all lecturers.
