Indonesian Sugar Research Journal contains original articles of research results, findings, and ideas from various fields of science, especially fields related to sugar plantations and its processes, from researchers, lecturers, students, and related parties. The scope of the Indonesian Sugar Research Journal are: agronomics, agribusiness, plantation management of sugar and sweetener-producing crops, processing of sugar products and materials, post-harvest technology and basic research related to sugar and sweeteners.
