Security and privacy of bank customer is the most important thing when we talk about information technology ethic in bank literature. Security and privacy of bank customer is related to security and privacy of officer such us teller, customer service, sales manager and so on. The information can be found in email, database transaction and other logs information. Trend of using outsourcing in bank makes top level management mast be count its strong and weakness . Organizational culture is a key value which is believed to also contain characteristics of the given member-Members of the organization to organization. Organizational culture is typically defined, with orientations along that unites existing personal or individual in the organization into a value system at different depth levels and gave him a different identity, so that the organization has a personality as a system of jointly accepted and will produce an effective organization, has a strong culture and different from other organizations. The emergence of corporate governance are both triggered the scandal that happened in the big companies in Indonesia and the United States. This large company in trouble for doing good corporate governance practices that the merger did poorly with several large banks and the government's environmental damage caused as a result of the activities of several companies related to natural resources. In the U.S. corporate governance is poor precisely has been done by the top management as happened in Enron. Goal implementation of corporate governance is good to encourage an efficient market, transparency and consistent with how implementing the principles of good corporate governance are accountability, responsibility, transprancy and fairness. One of the implementation of corporate governance is good through corporate social responsibility. Implementation should be reported by the company in a report called sustainability reporting, and entered in the company's annual report. The Companies that have been carrying out social responsibility indicates that the company has done with good corporate governance. The new technology of information and communications development that will affect to every aspect of human life was already predicted by Alvin Toffler in his ‘The Third Wave’. Democracy as a mainstream ideology that is most followed by countries around the world can’t avoid to this effect. By new technology of information and communications, democracy process become more transparent and dissemination of democracy values go with no limit. The new technology is also creating new alternative media that run on world wide web (www) platform or as known as internet.New media and democracy today have very tight connection. The freedom of speak celebrates through new media. It’s not just the matter of unlimited speaking right, but in the angle of democracy the people voices can be a balance to democracy itself.But sometimes, the policy that issued by the state is not in compliance with the change. To run a state, there were many interests are played. In this article, writer is aimed to describe how democracy component which is the freedom of speak is threatened by a new regulation.This article is arranged by writer’s observation and analysis on some cases that was published in mass media. It’s also based on some academic literatures study, especially in communications studies.The conclusion in the end of the article mentions that the regulation need more improvement that should made by people who have competencies in the field. Self regulation by people who use the new media maybe an alternative of effective way to control the freedom of speaks through new media. Nowadays, educators, parents, and government have been faced by the new problem and it’s very dangerous. What is it? It is a terrorism. If this problen can be solved by immediately, so the Indonesian future will face dark age. Education institution must responsible with terrorisme problem. Not onlythe government, but every elements such as religion and social organizaion.The soul of education in Indonesia is curriculum. Curriculum is the center of education system. If the curriculum is band so education system can not be maximum on the process, and finally the output of education can not be responsible. This soul is run by physic and mind. The physic of education is student, and the the mind is teacher. If three elements support each other and having good sinergy, so it will create the comprehensive education.In the case of terrorism problem, the element which has significant touch is government. Although terrorism is the common enemy for all Indonesian society. For prevent terrorism, governement or the other elements need help from education sector. The soul of education is curriculum. So there are any development and creation of antiterrorism curriculum.The famous book which written by Robert S Zais, “Curriculum Principles and Foundations”, he classified eight models for developing the curriculum. Zais in Sukmadinata (1997); Subandijah (1993: page 70-75); and Akhmad (1997: page 50-51), these model are adminstrative model, bottom up, demonstration, Beauchamp, Hilda Taba, Interpersonal relationship by Rogers, Systematic Actions Research, and Technology. The objectives of this research is to describe the roles of leadership effectiveness in increasing organizational commitment at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero). The method of this research is descriptive quantitative and the instrument for collecting data is questionnaires. The main object of this research is Director of Research & Development Department. The respondents are 30 employees in Research & Development Department, which collaboration with Personel & General Affair Division, Planning Department, Finance Department, and Survey Division. The research result shows: 1) the role of leadership effectiveness in increasing of organizational commitment is high (mean 100, 93), 2) organizational commitment is high (mean 102,23), and 3) there is positive correlation between leadership effectiveness and organizational commitment.The conclusion is that leadership effectiveness has significantly increased organizational commitment. It is because there is strong intention or desire to achieve organization’s objectives under the supervision of effective leader. Keywords: leadership effectiveness, organizational commitment

In some opportunities, the writer tries to ask to working environment about the eweakness of local universities graduates if we compare with overseas universities graduates, almost all working environment reply the weakness of local product is lack of self confidence, lack of communication skill (particularly when havingf presentation in front of many people), lack of adaptation skill (colud not socialize with many people from many bacgrounds) and lack of facing pressures (challenges or job matters). From above answer. We can conclude that even though from hard skill those local graduates are able to compete however from soft skill, they are still left behind from overseas products. Through this media, the writer tries to give various solutions to all college students in Indonesian Universities to motivate and soon commensurate themselves with overseas products so that everyone are able to be the winner in human resoruces competition in global stage.
