But parents should assist in conductingactivities such games, because with the rise of the game online / offline makes children forgetthemselves for duty, which is well studied. <![CDATA[The problem to be discussed in this study on the background, differences, and the role of theestablishment of Chinese schools and Hollandsch Hwekoan Chineesch School. Historical researchmethods used to obtain an explanation and the corresponding analytical results. The research ismotivated in the reign of the Dutch East Indies are still very small number of schools, existingschools are schools formed by using the language of the Netherlands Dutch. Chinese leaders tocreate schools that can reach out to ethnic Chinese by using the language of Mandarin. To achievethis will be established a bevy of ethnic Chinese named Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan. At that time theDutch East Indies government worried about losing control of the Chinese people. Therefore theDutch East Indies government established a school named Hollandsch Chineesch School. Theschool is successfully competing with schools Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan. The results of this studyexplains that the role of the two schools both schools Tiong Hoa Hwe Koan and HollandschChineesch School is very large, especially in introducing literacy to children Chinese. <![CDATA[Learning by using the conventional method currently does not support towards improving thequality of student learning. Lecturers or academic staff have the primary function to perform thetransfer of knowledge while the student has the function to receive the knowledge. More passivenature of this cause problems such as teacher attendance is absolutely necessary, referencesources are limited, and time is very limited. The development of information and communicationtechnology in education in particular has given rise to e-learning methods as a solution to supportthe learning is done with conventional methods. The research method used in this study is to usethe study of literature and observations on the use of e-learning on the web eUniversiti managedby Romi Satrio Wahono. Utilization of e-learning can improve the quality of teaching was done bystudents including students become more active in seeking knowledge, the Internet provideslearning resources that students need, and the formation of learning communities among students.The conclusion of this research is the application of e-learning methods can improve the quality ofthe students in the learning process, e-learning is present as the conventional method ofsupporting the learning process rather than to replace it, and the application of e-learning is theprimary function is as a companion mahasisea lecturer in the search for knowledge, whilestudents are the main actors in the pursuit of knowledge.Key Word: learning, e-learning, Internet]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance and koseling is one of the most important aspects in the education system. The instructoras one who has a supporting role and responsibilities as guidance and educational supportservices, are required to have sufficient insight to the concept - the basic concepts of guidance andcounseling. The use of current computer technology has provided opportunities for guidance andcounseling to develop concepts and ways to build e_konseling guidance counseling. With thee_konseling then the distance of space and time are not an obstacle to the counselee that will dothe consultation and guidance counselor. Media in e_konseling allow the counselee to makecontact with on_line ways such as using E_mail, chat, or other media transformation. Onlinecounseling is a counseling activity-based virtual relationships with clients based on the needs thathave a distance and still hesitant to be more open to others advantage of an online counselingservice is to provide services that are inexpensive, easy and guaranteed confidentiality and that isunbelievably broad coverage across the region who already have Internet access. <![CDATA[The role of service to smooth the process of filing a claim often experience barriers of problem s canoccur for many reasons that come from internal and external parties . Such as the incompleteness ofthe data as a condition of insurance customers filling a claim , due to the transfer of premiumcontinued missinformation by agents of fault repairs that are inconsistent with claims field bycustomers, of delay in the handling of insurance customers making it difficult for service personel inthe service of the service process and hamper the process of filling a claims for writing intended to seeto what extent the role of service in helping to smooth the process of filling insurance claims on the PTAsuransi sinar mas the process claim is insurance customers to bring the data completenessrequirements ,contact the service, and conducted a survey and analysis service of the insured vehicle.Various efforts and strategies carried out by the company to meet customers needs it is proved by theincrease of policy in number 21.226 in year 2010 and the year 2011 =22.675 . it shows confidence andcustomers satisfaction increase insurance .Key words: filing a claim, implementation of service, insurance]]>

<![CDATA[The importance value of information within an organization especially in the office, giving to theorganization claims to be able to process with help of technology that is automatic. The conceptshould be applied to organize the information is to use office automation systems that can supportthe receipt, processing, distribution, and storage of all forms of information. Office automationcan run well, certainly with the support of computer technology capable of processing data andinformation very large. This is certainly supported by reliable human resources, and support bothhardware and software. Office automation is a system that strongly supports the distribution ofinformation, both required by the organization's especialy to internal organization and externalorganization, in essence, an office automation system is a system capable of supporting andmanaging all of office activities to be carried out easily and more quickly to information needsgradually, especially within organizations such as offices. Many companies are able to thrive intheir organizations because management activities are supported by office automation system. <![CDATA[The development of computer technology is now growing rapidly. Many of the jobs or activitiesundertaken by adults and children using computer technology. However, many parents worryabout their children when using computers. Parents are worried about a computer can make thechild isolated from his friends so much time spent alone regardless of the circumstances. As wellas many other negative influences that parents feared would happen to their children if theyintroduce computers to children early age. Be aware if the parents actually introduce computers tochildren accompained by prudent supervison will actually gained alot of positif impact. Onepositive effect obtained is to improve learning ability and skills of chiledren.
