Abstract

The population data is the data have to be in record in any office the villages around. With the citizens data , the village office can do monitoring inhabitant of which is found in the neighborhood. So far, the village office sampean kecamatan sungai kanan kabupaten labuhan batu selatan, north sumatra still use application desktop in doing processing the population data that is use application microsoft excel .In such a manner as there are still several problems and the obstacles, especially time and energy issued when their distribution data population in parties in need by the village office sampean. The purpose of he did this research is to design and construct information system the population data processing based android. With the information systems that in designed by the writer, is expected to help parties the village office sampean in doing processing the population data and do distribution the population data easily And rapidly through a smartphone android. Abstract

Competitive human resources are employees who can work productively and professionally to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the company. To get competitive human resources seen from the quality of the employee's performance. The quality of employee performance is recorded in the track record of employee performance that has an important role for the company in making decisions in improving the company's human resources. North Sumatra, in particular the city of Medan, many companies engaged in the family entertainment center, the results of observations that have been made to several companies engaged in this field, generally in terms of appointment of Leaders still use the seniority system and spoil system. The impact of the seniority system is not guaranteeing the competency of an employee and not necessarily being able to assume the position, the impact of the spoil system is promotion based on kinship, this system is not good because it is based on consideration of likes or dislikes. To overcome the above, we need a system of track record of crew performance as a model of decision support systems for the appointment of leaders by involving factors of merit system, seniority system and leadership. The decision support system model will use the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. AHP is a method that will be used to make comparisons between criteria to get criteria weights while SAW is a method used to find the weighted sum of the results of the AHP method of rating performance on all alternatives of each attribute to provide recommendations for company leaders to make the selection of the crew and conduct the process of appointing a Leader.

Abstract

This research was aiming to produce an application design based on user experience. The research target to be achieved is the design of an online queue application for examining pregnant women using the User Experience Lifecycle (UXL). This study uses four stages of UXL, namely, analysis, design, prototype, and evaluation. The analysis produces application concepts consisting of flow models, work activity affinity diagrams, design requirements, and social models. The analysis phase is derived from questionnaire data distributed to 13 respondents. The design phase aims to design a persona, sketch, and storyboard. The prototype stage was developed based on the previous stage, producing a medium-fidelity prototype. Evaluations were carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) of 11 respondents producing a value of 76.46 or B (Good). Based on this, this research successfully used UXL for application design that has exceeded the minimum standard. Therefore, it is expected that the application design based on user experience will reduce the application developers' suggestions in designing the interface before moving to the production stage of the application.

Abstract

The development of computer-based medicine has increased in every generation. Health problems handled by doctors can now be accessed by anyone through the computer, one of them with the development of Expert System, the work of doctors facilitated. One of the health problems such as changes in physical men who resemble the physical woman is often a scary specter for some ordinary people. Not a few men change their true self to become a woman with the operation in neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and even the Netherlands. Without realizing it these changes are actually closely related to the excess chromosomes found in genes in the blood. For that various symptoms or signs such as small testes, enlarged breasts like women and other complaints are a symptom of Klinefelter's Syndrome.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to recommend the selection of a moisturizing cream using a decision support system ranking technique seen from consumer ratings. This research was conducted in the city of Pematangsiantar. Data obtained by observation to several stores to ensure the availability of moisturizing cream, interviews and observations to 250 consumers who were randomly conducted when they made a transaction to purchase a moisturizing cream. In this case, this research needs to be done considering that moisturizer is a drug used to make facial skin feel moist because with skin that feels moist will make women avoid various problems such as blackheads and acne. Keeping facial skin moist and oil free is not an easy thing for users to do. In addition, the number of moisturizing cream products that are currently making many women confused in choosing a moisturizing cream. Therefore researchers used a Decision Support System (SPK) with the ELECTRE algorithm in recommending the selection of a moisturizing cream based on consumer ratings. In this case the researchers used several assessment criteria including: product price (C1), side effects of usage (C2), product quality (C3), customer commitment (C4), customer trust (C5) and usage reaction (C6). While the alternatives used include: Citra Hazeline (A1), Fair & Lovely (A2), Garnier (A3), Olay (A4), Sariayu (A5) and Wardah (A6). The results of the assessment using the ELECTRE method are Fair & Lovely (A2) and Wardah (A6) as the best moisturizing cream recommendations based on consumer choice

Abstract

Skin health, especially facial skin, is important because the face is the main attraction seen by others. This is closely related to the use of skincare products or skin care products that are used daily. Before determining which skincare product to use, it is very important to know the conditions and problems of facial skin. To make it easier to find out skin conditions and problems, researchers created an android-based application called "Hi Beautiful" using the Machine Learning and Simple Additive Weighting methods. In the application, Machine Learning plays a role in providing information on skin problems based on the results of feature extraction using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method whose feature extraction results will be classified by the K-Nearest Neighbor method through inputting images on facial skin using the cellphone camera feature. Meanwhile, the simple additive weighting method is used to provide recommendations for skincare products based on the criteria for skin problems, skin types, age and product price ranges to be recommended. The implementation of the Hi Beautiful application is made using the open source Android Studio application. The results of tests carried out on the Hi Beautiful application include information on skin problems and recommendations for skincare products in the form of cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer.

Abstract

Information technology is growing increasingly provide convenience to the wearer. One of the ease with which it is offered is to provide the best alternative solution to the decision maker, in this case, the leader. So that leaders can with better and maximum in providing a decision. Applying the method in the desired decision processing is sufficiently good, and speeds up decision processing with the help of the information technology. In this study, researchers discuss the effectiveness of decisions generated by the leadership in terms of decisions grantors Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS). The method used to be applied in decision support system is WASPAS. Abstract

Bukittinggi City is  known as a tourist destination that is very attractive in foreign tourist interest. Diverse types of tours are presented naturally and man-made the beauty of mountains, valleys and the beauty of the existing architectural buildings is Bukittinggi Clock Tower. Not only that, the type of culinary tourism and traditional market snacks are also an attraction for foreign tourists to travel in the city of Bukittinggi. In this study, the problem that will be discussed is the process of predicting tourist visits conducted by foreign tourists to the city of Bukittinggi. The prediction process uses the concept of artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm. The data set that will be used as a discussion is the data foreign tourist visits recorded in the Tourism Office of Bukittinggi City from 2018 to 2019. The prediction results generated with the concept of artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm produce output numbers of number of visits with an accuracy value of 95,64%  and level value the resulting error is 4,36%. The benefits generated from this research are helping the government of the city of Bukittinggi especially the Tourism Office in providing input to manage the tourism sector.

Abstract

CHD is chest pain or discomfort that occurs if the area of the heart muscle does not get enough oxygen-rich blood. CHD is also known as coronary artery disease. CHD is increasing every year with a significant number of deaths. A learning algorithm is proposed to get better performance in accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in CHD interpretation. Accuracy can be improved by adding a Kaiming He (2015) weight initialization optimization technique to the DNN structure. Therefore we propose that DNN is optimized with a Kaiming He weight initialization technique so that it can overcome weaknesses in the data variant. This is evidenced by the results of the accuracy performance of 98.73%. Initialization of kaiming he weights is proven to improve accuracy and overcome the problem of large data variants between classes
