Abstract

Process of Islamization in Indonesia that has characteristic, namely; runs in peace, follows customary, soaks into clefts of facets of Indonesian nation life in each facet of life through the planting path of religion values on the customary local culture. The process of Islamization in Indonesia was lasting in such a long periods to hundreds of years. According to the history, East Kalimantan was being Islam firstly by Datuk Ri Bandang and Tunggang Parangan. Process of Islamization in Kutai and the surrounding area was predicted to happen about 1575. The Islamization process of Banjarnesesociety spreads peacefully, seeps into the clefts of life in every aspect, adapts itself in the local culture. It unites and integrates the Islamic values into the culture system. Thus the local culture that used to be animism primitive is changed to be a new culture, which is Islamic culture. Islamic culture in Banjarnese customary reflected as the marriage ceremony in the form of symbol, the society behavior and also the tool used, although the Islamic reflection is rudimentary but as other cultures that characterized selective dynamic then in fact, the customary of Banjarnese culture is growing into a form of value improvement that is more Islamic.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to know the need of teaching materials for the senior high school teachers and the students, (2) to know the procedures of Biology teaching materials development of contextual teaching learning-based teaching, (3) to develop Biology teaching materials of contextual teaching learning-based teaching. The research method of this study is research and development. This study found: firstly, the need of teaching materials for the senior high school teachers and the students considers some elements, they are a) situational context, b) fits to curriculum, c) exercises/tasks enable to activate the students’ achievement, d) practical based implementation, and e) interesting, clear, and easy to understand. Secondly, the model of development is adapted from Borg and Gall, they are: data collection, planning, drafting a model, experimenting the model, revision the draft, field experiment, revising the final draft, and implementation. Thirdly, the score of post test shows 66.9 (control class) and 79.6 (experimental class), t-value of f value is 2.67 > 1.67 of f table. It can be concluded that the use of Biology CTL based-teaching materials enables to improve the students’ achievement in learning Biology.

Abstract

The educational value of Islam, was the spirit of the character education. However it was a religious education into knowledge, no imprint on the attitudes and behaviors of learners. So that the internalization of Islamic religious education into separate points in education. The problems to be studied this thesis was the implementation and internalization of Islamic education in the learning of subjects Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep. Furthermore, the factors that were supporting and inhibiting internalization of such values.This study used descriptive qualitative approach that aimed to understand and described the internalization of Islamic religious education at the sites.The survey results revealed that: First, the educational values of Islamic Religion which consists of faith, worship and morality contained in the subjects of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep implemented well in the aspects of real life. Second, the internalization of such values was done in four ways. The ways that were imitation, habituation, meals (conditioning), sustainability (istiqamah). Third, the factors supporting the process of internalization of Islamic religious education among them was a good environment, parents, curriculum, and teacher. Whereas the inhibiting factors were uncontrolled environment, parents who did not care and problematic, then the limitations of teacher supervision.

Abstract

The model of learning is a vital thing in education. A good appropriate model of learning could reach the goal of learning efficently and effectively. The lecturers of education and teacher training program of STAIN Samarinda implement a various teaching and learning models when they perform their teaching, such as: model of contectual teaching, social interaction, informational proces, personal-based learning, behaviorism, cooperative learning, and problem-based learning.

Abstract

Ibnu Hazm is a distinguished Moslem leader who really holds fast to the nash. That is why, he critics hard the other Moslem leaders who take the rationality role in establishing a regulation. In his point of view, Islamic law comes from Allah SWT which is clearly written in Al Qur’an and Sunnah, and implemented consensusily by all Moslems. Ijma’ basically should based on the the nash of Quran because there no ijma’ without following the nash. So that, Ibnu Hazm states that there are three sources of the law as main base of implementing the law. Ibnu Hazm refuses the qiyas as source of the law. In term of his refuse of the qiyas, Ibun Hazm promotes a new perspective in responding the comtemporer problems that they are not found in the nash explicitely. The thought was known as ad dalil.Then, the concept of ad dalil is considered as one of the sources of in the Islamic law that there is no different to the qiyas used by other Moslem leaders previously.

Audit Sharia in the Islamic financial services means the accumulation and evaluation of evidence to determine and report the level of concordance between the information and the criteria established for the purpose of Shariah compliance. Audit should be conducted by a competent and independenOleh therefore, auditors are representatives of the shareholders who want jobs (investment) them according to the laws of Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Nowadays, Indonesia still faces various problems related to the moral issues. Many cases occur in the society which should be solved by the educators, such as: corruption, collusion, and nepotism in all level of Indonesian governmental institutions, juvenile delinquency, and drugs.  To prevent those, the Indonesian government through education minister in 2010 established the 18 values of characters building. At school, this character building becomes the pivotal role in developing the characters of the students. This paper tries to describe how the teaching of Arabic done by implementing the values of the character building. The character building at SD Muhammadiyah Kleco is done by centralizing the role of teachers. The role of teachers in building the moral characters of the students is done by applying the principle role as teacher, such as: catalyst, row model, inspirer, motivator, dynamist, and evaluator. The teaching of Arabic skills,-listening (istima), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah)-, is done by implementing the moral character such as: religiosity, honesty, tolerance, independency, democratic, curiosity, friendship, social awareness, responsibility, discipline, environmental care, and appreciation.

Abstract

There is an urgency of fiqih norms and its application to solve social problems. Fiqih norms is a part of fiqih study and becomes one of the methods in Islamic law. Without understanding of fiqih norms, someone’s understanding about Islamic law will be not comprehensive, because it can make the law practitioners easy to understand the problems related to fiqih. The position of fiqih norms as a complementary subject after Al-Qur’an and Sunnah has been a convention among Moslems. In other sides, the position of fiqih norms as a source is still debatable among Moslems. It is because fiqih norms tend to have an unknown exception for some Moslems. In this case, some ulama use fiqih norms which are based on the nash to determine a regulation which it has not established yet.

Abstract

Angka cerai gugat dari tahun mengalami peningkatan, baik pada tingkat nasional maupun lokal. Pada tingkat nasional berdasarkan data Badilag 2014, dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014 perbandingan angka cerai talak dan cerai gugat adalah 30: 70. Untuk tingkat lokal, khususnya Samarinda, dari tahun 2010 sampai 2014 perbandingan angka cerai talak dan cerai gugat berkisar antara 29: 71. Tingginya angka cerai gugat ini di antaranya disebabkan pemahaman gender perempuan yang mengajukan cerai gugat baik, dengan indikasi di antaranya informan mengerti makna perkawinan dan hak-haknya, persepsi yang positif tentang perempuan yang bekerja, dan sebagainya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemahaman gender perempuan yang mengajukan cerai gugat adalah kemandirian ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, lingkungan dan teman-teman tempat bekerja, kemajuan informasi dan teknologi. Pemahaman gender memberikan dampat terhadap tingginya angka cerai gugat di Pengadilan Agama Samarinda.

Abstract

Islamic education management study program has 200 alumni. Unfortunely, there was no sufficient information about their jobs and activities after graduating from STAIN Samarinda. The objectiveof this study was to map the alumni of Islamic education management study programof Tarbiyah of STAIN Samarinda. Data were collected by using interview, documentation, and questionnaires. The subject of the study was the alumni of Islamic education management study program who graduated from STAIN Samarinda since 2000 to 2013. Data were analized by using the model of Miles dan Huberman. The findings shows that : firstly, most of the alumni could finish their study in four years. Secondly, the alumni are 51% male and 49% female. Thirdly, regarding to the place of the works, alumni of MPI could be found in Samarinda (majority), Balikpapan, Tenggarong, Bulungan, Sangata, Kota Bangun, Bengalon, Paser, Tanah Grogot, Malinau, Melak, tanah Tidung, and Sangkulirang. Forthly, in terms of the kinds of the jobs, alumni of MPI work in different field of works, such as: teachers, staff administration, and private sectors. Regarding to the aspect of interconectivity between the major and the work field, it could reach 68%.
