Salah satu skim fikih yang populer diterapkan dalam perbankan syariah adalah skim jual beli Murabahah. Murabahah dalam perbankan syariah didefinisikan sebagai pembiayaan yang berbentuk jual beli antara bank dan nasabah dengan cara pembayaran angsuran. Dalam perbankan syariah, ada dua bentuk murabahah yang umumnya dipraktekkan, yakni murabahah modal kerja dan murabahah investasi. Namun, Setiap perbankan Islam mempunyai bentuk jual beli murabahah yang beraneka ragam baik itu murabahah internal, dimana pihak bank membeli barang dan komoditinya dari pasar dalam negri ataupun murabahah eksternal, dimana pihak bank membeli barang dan komoditinya dari luar negri (Import). Praktek murabahah ini sampai kepada delapan bentuk yang mana setiap bank memiliki bentuk yang berbeda dengan bank lain. Penerapan sistem murabahah pada bank-bank Islam pasti memberikan dampak positif kepada semua pihak yang terkait, baik pihak bank begitu juga dengan pihak nasabah. Akan tetapi dalam praktek operasionalnya sering terjadi beberapa penyimpangan yang biasanya dilakukan oleh oknum pegawai pada beberapa Bank Islam.

The Enlightening Islamic preaching is a new model of da`wah of Muhammadiyah in the contemporary era. Conceptually, in the one side, the Enlightening Islamic preaching can be comprehended as a creative and innovative thought of da`wah. It efforts to integrate interconnectively some dimensions of Islamic principles with Indonesian local wisdoms and universal humanity values in order to reconstruct a new formulation of da`wah. And, in the other side, it’s also can be seemed as a very progressive and significant movement of da`wah because it attempts to find the real and smart solutions to some problems of Islamic societies and humanities, especially in the context of modernization of Indonesian peoples

Acculturation is a process of change (integration) between culture and psychology as a result of relationship of two or more cultural groups within the members of their culture. Acculturation allows the birth of a new cultural diversity that can be accepted by all members of multiethnic communities, not least the cultural heritage of certain ethnic, creativity or initiative outcomes and culture coming from the outside. Acculturation is able to knit the harmonization of social and religious harmony among multireligious society, based on mutual respect and respecting others. Because of acculturation integrate all cultural subcultures such as customs, traditions, language, art, values and norms, education and livelihood, except the matter of aqidah (faith) that impossible to be acculturated. Subdistrict Community Besitang, Langkat, and North Sumatra comprising Malays, Javanese, Acehnese and Minangkabau Muslim and Karo and Batak Christians have managed to reach the level of the most successful acculturation. Muslim and Christian leaders, as well Muspika Harmony Forum (FKUB) highly committed local creating a harmonious atmosphere and religious harmony in the community, through the cultural approach to all ethnic groups. This proved able to create a safe atmosphere, peace, and harmony without social conflict in the middle of the multiethnic and multireligious society.

Now, bank and islamic financial institutions are growing rapidly. They must show their differences from the conventional institutions one. It is the fact that most of Indonesian Moslems feel there is nothing special differences between islamic financial institutions and conventional institutions. They conclude it from their expriences. This perception is not good for development of islamic financial institutions in the future. So, we must restore the policies about islamic financial institutions management. One of them is about human resource. The employees must good in character, masteries in fiqh muamalah, islamic financial knowledge, computers, etc. They must have commitment to practise islamic economy in their activities

Material message as one of the most important elements in da’wa activity needs to be managed effectively to achieve the expected goals. In addition to a deep mastery of the material, it needed accuracy in choosing the right kind of material for the situation faced mad'u. The selection of accurate materials, and appropriate techniques and steps in managing the message, must be based on some principles, namely the principles of relevance, consistency, adequacy and hierarchy based on kai'idah ushuliyah of message management. For a multicultural society such as Indonesia, da'wah of the message must necessarily be adapted to the philosophy of this nation. The diversity of ethnicity, culture, religion and language are sunnatullah. The message of da’wah that make every people in peace and good condition is the evidence of Muhammad's prophethood as rahmatan lil 'Alamin. Da'wah messages integrative be one means to deliver the Ummah tawhid civilization in all aspects of community life

The research titled “Efek menonton acara iklan dan sinetron di televisi terhadap sosial budaya masyarakat muslim kota Medan”. The purpose of this research was to determine whether watching advertisements and Cintron on television give effect to the Muslim communities in Medan include worship, family, and society. To get the data, the location determined in the district of Medan Belawan, Medan Deli and Medan Petisah with a population of 225 598 with the sample 399 persons; then the data collected by using questionnaires. The data analyzed by using correlation Pearson and regression through SPSS. The result showed that watching advertisements and Cintron had very significant effect to social and culture of Muslim societies in Medan City.

Curriculum 2013 is one form of reformation and innovation of education in Indonesia. Authentic assessment is one of the essential elements that must be implemented in the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessment on PAI learning and knowing the constraints faced by PAI teachers in implementing them in MTsN 2 Palangkaraya. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, by using observation, interviews, and documentation as techniques of collecting the data. Then, the data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To check the data trustworthiness, the researher used persistence observation, triangulation, and inspection peers through discussion. The results showed that: 1) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 authentic assessment conducted by the teacher PAI in MTsN 2 Palangkaraya didnot run optimally; 2) the problems of PAI teachers in implementing is in common constraints and special constraints. A common constraint is the availability of books in supporting learning. While the special constraints are the ability of teachers about the technical problems related to the ability of teachers to use assessment application; and the non-technical constraints, it is the ability of teachers to understand authentic assessment itself.

The problem in this research is low creativity of the students of the grade IX MTs. AL-Wasliyah Medan on Academic Year 2014-2015 in learning Math. This research is aimed to improve students’ learning result, and the students’ activeness in learning process in cognitive aspects in “kesebangunan” topic by using cooperative learning type STAD. The method used is CAR with four cycles; includes planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The instrument used are observation guide list of learning process, field note, and objective test. The subject is the 26 students of grade IX MTs.Al-Wasliyah Medan. After analyzing the data, it is showed that there are the improvement of result from the first cycle to the last cycle. It can be seen from the result of test; pre-test (59.92), test on cycle 1 (79.42). Then, the students’ passing grade on the first cyle is 42.31% and on the cycle two is 80.77%. Then, it can be concluded that the using cooperative learning type STAD can improve students’ learning result on “kesebangunan” topic for the great IX MTs. The Government regulation of Palangkaraya City in the form of Regional Regulation (Perda) Palangkaraya Number 04 Year 2007 on the Management of Modern Market need special attention. This is because the growth of modern markets in Palangkaraya in recent years has increased very high. This is compounded by how modern market participants who dared to operate before the operational permit issued. From the explanation, the purpose of this paper is to analyze how the management of a modern market in Palangkaraya perspective of Islamic law and the impact of regulation (Perda) on the management of the modern market for traditional market players. In order to achieve these objectives maximally, so this study used qualitative descriptive method, with a normative approach. The results indicate that the regulations (Perda) that have been made by the Government City of Palangkaraya is in line with Islamic law based on the concept of the rule on the basis of fiqh with benefit. Nevertheless, it needs to be replicated again in several articles, because it is irrelevant to the economic conditions in the Palangkaraya City particularly. In addition, it also shows the adverse implications for the existence of traditional markets.

Spiritual education is an education to teach the spiritual aspect human to improve their relationship with Allah through the worship and humble and obedient to Him and submit to His manhaj. The spiritual aspect is the soft elements with the existence as the main requirement for the biological processes associated with consciousness, the mind and the will; encompassing the soul, mind, heart, and lust. Spiritual education is done through Dzikrullah, Prayer, Fasting, Tazkiyah, Muraqabah, and Ridha.
