Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the physical condition of athletes in male soccer players aged 10-12 years at the SSB Putra Asri Gemolong club. The research method used is the correlational method. This research was conducted at SSB Putra Asri Gemolong and this research was carried out from August to September 2022. The sample for this research was 30 people. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and measurements. Quantitative data analysis was assisted by the SPSS application version 25. The results showed that tests of nutritional status and physical condition of athletes on male soccer players aged 10-12 years at the SSB Putra Asri Gemolong 2022 club, namely the nutritional status test showed a "poor" classification of 10%. (3 athletes), "poor" 26% (8 athletes), while "good" 63% (19 athletes). On the physical condition test the classification was "less" 43.3% (13 athletes), "less" 30% (9 athletes), "currently" 26.7% (8 athletes). Based on the results of the research and the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and the physical condition of athletes in SSB Men's football players aged 10-12 Years Asri Gemolong Boys Club in 2022, with a significance value of 0.946 > 0 ,05. When viewed from the guidelines for the degree of association, the degree of association between nutritional status and physical condition shows that there is no correlation level of 0.013. According to the guideline table, the Pearson correlation value of 0.00 to 0.60 has no correlation. Keywords: Football, Nutritional Status, Physical Condition,

Abstract

This study aims to identify the anthropometric profiles of karate athletes based on age groups in Pontianak. This study aims to identify the anthropometric profiles of karate athletes based on age groups in Pontianak. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used in this study was karate athletes in the city of Pontianak, consisting of 45 athletes. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements. Data analysis was assisted by the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed an anthropometric profile of the physical condition of karate athletes in Pontianak city with a normal category average with the following distribution of results and percentages, the less category was 9 people with a percentage of 39%, the normal category with a percentage of 59 % with a total of 35 athletes in the overweight category the percentage is 2% with a total of 1 athlete while for athletes in the obese category the percentage is 0% with the number of athletes being 0. From the results of the measurement tests it can be concluded that the anthropometric profile of karate athletes based on the age group in Pontianak normal category. Abstract

This study has the objective of knowing the status of concentration, dehydration after endurance training in soccer games. The specific target of this research is to help provide information and knowledge to athletes and coaches in preparing athletes' performance in paying attention to athlete's fluid consumption in each training concentration and performance in training, competing. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with survey techniques with the results of the research. The results showed that the average male athlete had a concentration of 10 in the good category with a percentage of 43%, in the medium category there were 7 players with a percentage of 30% and in the sufficient category there were 6 athletes, there were 26%. dehydration of 23 athletes as many as 8 people (17.30%) had good hydration status, 8 people (34.60%) had moderate dehydration status, 5 people (39.2%) had dehydration status and 2 people (8.7% ) have a severely dehydrated status. The conclusion of the research is the status of dehydration after doing man to man exercises is very dehydrated as much as 39.2% and dehydrated as much as 34.80%.
