Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari karyawan pasti akan menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan, organisasi dan rekan sekerja. Hubungan ini menciptakan realitas tertentu yang membimbing dan mengarahkan karyawan, seberapa keterlibatan karyawan di dalam perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan rekan sekerja yang mendukung akan membawa karyawan untuk bekerja secara optimal.

Abstract

In a context of enhancing the competitive advantage, acquiring knowledge is an important factor. This point is the weakest of the KUKM powerlessness. The problem that Group of Small Business and Enterpreneurs often face basically is on the decision making on Competitive Strategy in order to enhance the firms’ performance. Therefore, it is necessary to examine “How to enhance the Group of Small Business and Enterpreneurs’s performance, by focusing on Competitive Strategy and the affecting factors.” Hence, a model that consists of five variables is developed. Those five variables are strategic assets, environment adaptability, entrepreneurship orientation, competitive strategy and firms’ performance.Data of observed variables is collected through questionnaire. The questionnaire is specially developed to have structured questions about the variables. 100 respondents of owners or people who run leather crafts in Yogyakarta were asked to answer the questionnaires. Then, data collection is analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.The test result of the model shows that the model developed in this researched is proven to be fit. While the hypothesis test shows that the quality of strategic asset, environmental adaptability, and the quality of competitive strategy has a positive and significant effect on firms’ performance.Based on the hypothesis result, enhancing Group of Small Business and Enterpreneurs performance can be achieved by making better the competitive strategy through entrepreneurship orientation.

Abstract

This Research has aim to analyze factors that induce Pre Flight Service. In Flight Service and Post Flight Service are going to influence the Repurchase Intension.The main question in this research is how to increase sales. Based on this question, a theoretical model and 4 hypothesis are proposed to be assessed using SPSS. Samples of this research are 100 consumers of PT. Sriwijaya Airlines Distic SemarangThese results show that is possible to be increased through increasing Pre Flight Service, In Flight Service and Post Flight Service which can be increased Service Quality; and which that is possible to be increased through increasingService Quality, can be increased Repurchase Intension

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi membangun hubungan jangka panjang dari rasa percaya melalui komitmen serta pengaruhnya pada keunggulan bersaing. Obyek penelitian ini adalah para pemilik outlet yang menjual produk PT Mobile-8 Tbk di Semarang. Permasalahan penelitian merujuk pada fenomena bisnis PT Mobile-8 Tbk Semarang. Permasalahan yang adalah : Bagaimana membangun hubungan jangka panjang melalui rasa percaya dan komitmen pengaruhnya pada keunggulan bersaing? Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses membangun hubungan jangka panjang dari rasa percaya melalui komitmen serta pengaruhnya pada keunggulan bersaingVariabel yang digunakan adalah komunikasi, reputasi, rasa percaya, komitmen, hubungan jangka panjang, keunggulan bersaing. Selain sebuah kerangka pemikiran teoritis, penelitian ini merumuskan enam hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 175 responden dari kurang lebih 1740 outlet aktif. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Amos 16.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positip terhadap rasa percaya, reputasi berpengaruh positip terhadap rasa percaya, rasa percaya berpengaruh positip terhadap komitmen, komitmen berpengaruh positip terhadap hubungan jangka panjang, rasa percaya berpengaruh positip terhadap hubungan jangka panjang, hubungan jangka panjang berpengaruh positip terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian PT Mobile-8 Tbk Semarang adalah: frekuensi komunikasi, rasa percaya terhadap kewajiban yang dijanjikan perusahaan, keterbukaan perusahaan, reputasi yang baik, rasa percaya terhadap kewajiban yang dijanjikan perusahaan, keterbukaan perusahaan, kesetiaan penyalur pada perusahaan, fokus (kesamaan) tujuan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Mobile phone industry is experiencing rapid growth in the last two decades, both in the developed countries or developing. In any mobile phone has changed the map of the telecommunications industry drastically. Various brands appear and compete closely. This raises the question "How Brand Image, Service Quality, Perceived Value into the very important for companies to establish and Brand Loyalty in the end to the increase in the Brand Equity", as in the theory and various journals and also whether there are PT in the telecommunications industry. Indosat is a problem that you want to be inspected in this research.Model studies indicate the existence of 4 (four) hypothetical. -Hypothetical hypothetical example is the brand image have a positive influence on brand loyalty (hypothetical 1), service quality has a positive influence on brand loyalty (hypothetical 2), the perceived value of a positive brand loyalty (hypothetical 3), brand loyalty and positive effect on brand equity (hypothetical 4).Sampling technique in this research carried out by purposively sampling method. This was taken with a sampling technique based on the specific considerations, where the sample is selected with the requirements that have deemed essential features that are relevant to the research. The number of respondents as the sample is determined in this research is 130GSM card customer PT. Indosat. The process of analysis of research carried out on data obtained from 130 respondents. Results of data analysis will be kausalitas explain the relationship between variables that are developed in this research model. The proposed model can be accepted after the assumptions have been met and that is normalitas standardized Residual Covariance <1.96. While the value Determinant of Covariance Matrixnya 102,358.Eksogen measurement model and endogen was tested by using analysis konfirmatori. Measurement model is further analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the model kausalitas relationship between the variables that affect and be affected by brand image, service quality, perceived value, brand loyalty and brand equity meet the Goodness of Fit chi square = 197437 ; probability = 0206; GFI = 0874; AGFI = 0840; cfi = 0995; TLI = 0994; RMSEA = 0026; CMIN / DF = 1085. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the model can be accepted.

Abstract

Masalah yang ada adalah terjadinya penurunan kinerja perusahaan Biro Teknik Listrik (BTL) sehingga menyebabkan BTL yang menjadi mitra dan beroperasi di wilayah kerja PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan Semarang, mengalami penurunan jumlah. Perumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : bagaimana modal sosial, tingkat fleksibilitas, tingkat ketergantungan sumberdaya mempengaruhi kualitas strategi kemitraan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan Biro Teknik Listrik (BTL). Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner yang berjumlah 160 responden Biro Teknik Listrik yang menjadi mitra dan beroperasi di wilayah kerja PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan Semarang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program AMOS v.16.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian mempunyai kesesuaiaan/fit yang baik dan semua hipotesis penelitian dapat dibuktikan. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas strategi kemitraan, tingkat fleksibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas strategi kemitraan, tingkat ketergantungan sumberdaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas strategi kemitraan, dan kualitas strategi kemitraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan BTL. Penelitian ini juga memberikan beberapa keterbatasan penelitian serta agenda penelitian mendatang yang bisa dilakukan pada penelitian lanjutan.
