Abstract

This reseacrh conducted with the aim to (1) to test and analisys the influence of financial management transparency and accountability towards the performance of school headmaster and the budget participation as the intervening variable at SMAN in Wajo regency. This research used the quantitative approach. The place of research conduted to 15 SMAN in Wajo regencyby distributing questionnaire amount 180 copies to respondents as population. Sample selected by using the solution sampling consideringthe respondent has already worked for two years. The questionnaire used likers scale. The method of analysis used path analysis. Hypothesis test used significance level a = 0.05. the obtained data then proceeded by using SPSS 15. The results of desriptive analysis showed that transparency, accountability, budget participation, and the performance of school principal existed in high category. The result of hypothesis test showed the direct positive and signifiant influence between transparency and accountability towards the performance between tranparency and acountability towards the indiret positive influence between transpsrency and accountability towards the performance of school headmaster with the budget participation as the intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the level of education and work motivation on employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service.This study was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete picture of the variables studied. This type of survey research is analyzing the data needed to support the discussion of research in solving and answering the problems that have been formulated. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression.Based on the results of this study prove the constant (b0) = 0.590, which indicates that if there is no level of education and work motivation, then the employee's performance will be constant, which is 0.590. The value of b1 = -0.31 shows that the education level variable does not have a positive effect on the performance variable. Thus the current employee performance is not influenced by the educational background or level of education available. This is further strengthened by the value of standardized coefficient which is also negative. Value of b2 = 0.846 indicates that work motivation contributes positively to performance. This means that the better the work motivation given, the better the employee's performance will be. The magnitude of the effect of work motivation variables can be seen again from the value of the standardized coefficient that is equal to 0.583 or in other words the work motivation gives an effect on performance of 58.3%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Analysis of Financial Management Implementation of Public Service Agency ofRSUP Dr. General Hospital. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. The purpose of this studywas to find out about the implementation of financial management of the Central PublicService Agency that has been implemented by the General Hospital Center Dr. WahidinSudirohusodo Makassar and its impact on the performance of hospital services. Thisresearch uses descriptive approach. The method of analysis to be used by the authors inthis study is the method of quantitative analysis that is using the analysis of FinancialRatios based on Regulation of the Director General of Treasury Number: Per-34 / PB /2014. The results of the analysis show the financial condition of Dr. WahidinSudirohusodo Makassar during the year 2013-2016 is quite good, based on Regulation ofDirector General of Treasury Number: PER-34 / PB / 2014. Dr. Wahidin SudirohusodoMakassar, which has an overall financial ratios and revenues of BLU, is 79% with arating of financial performance classified as "healthy enough"

Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of competence on employee performance. Data Analysis Technique with simple regression analysis with sample number 30 people. The result of the research shows that the competence can increase the employees performance of the variables for X and 0.072X and positive. This means every price increase of one percent then there will be an increase in employee performance of 0.072 times as well as vice versa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of the factors that affect the interest of consumers to buy a car Toyota Avanza. This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing mix that includes product, price, distribution, and promotion of the interests of consumers buy the Toyota Avanza. The sample used in this study are Toyota Avanza car user community of 100 people by questionnaire. This research is ex-post that are correlational, population and sample in this research is data questionnaire/ questionnaire containing questions related to consumer interest in buying a Toyota Avanza, given the numbers weighted by assessment strongly agree, agree, undecided, less agree and disagree with 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and simple linear regression with the aid of a computer program SPSS 17.0 The research method using Multiple Regression Analysis, berdasarkankan data analysis and hypothesis testing with real level α = 0.05 this study shows that the F test results with a value of 33.034 with significant value is 0.000 indicates that the variable that consisted of Product, Price, Distribution and Promotion simultaneous positive influence on consumer interest to buy a car Toyota avanza at. Alauddin Branch Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The results of the t test for variables significant products 2.494 0.014 tcount, variable price significantly tcount 2.686 0.009, variable distribution of significant tcount 0,045 2,032 Promotion and variable tcount significant 5.656 0.000 partially shows a positive influence on consumer interest to buy a car Toyota Avanza. Results determinant coefficient (R2) was 0.763 meaning that Product, Pricing, Distribution and Promotion as independent variables are able to explain Interests Consumers are buying cars Toyota Avanza. Dependent Variables by 58.2% and has a strong and positive relationship, while the remaining 41.8% is the influence of other factors not included in the research model.  Keywords: Product; price; distribution; and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous, work motivation factors, work culture, and leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Maluku Province Ambon. The population that became the unit of analysis in this study, is the civil servants in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Maluku Ambon as many as 86 people. For this research, the sampling technique used is by proportional stratified random sampling. The data that has been collected is processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe the data characteristics obtained for each variable. Inferential analysis is used to test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis known that work motivation, work culture, and leadership simultaneously can give a positive and significant influence to the performance of civil servants at the Ministry of Industry and Trade Maluku Province Ambon. Partially only variable of work motivation which have significant effect. Therefore, the management of human resources development in decision making related to the improvement of the performance of employees at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Maluku Province Ambon can maintain and encourage employee work motivation, work culture and leadership so that in turn will further encourage the performance improvement of employees of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Maluku Province Ambon
