Abstract

Today, the need for information is very important for everyone. Rapid information obtained and an efficient use of time is one factor that is needed by any organization or company to progress the institution. The progress of a school can not be separated from the influence of the principal. The principal position is for a teacher's career development. There fore we need qualified human resources as well as teachers who have the potential and achievement to become principals. Decisions determining the principal candidates in Kudat District Education Office is relatively difficult because there are many criteria that influence, and most of these criteria are criteria that are subjective though there are also criteria that are objective which can be seen from the administrative assessment. A principal ideal maximally expected to master the overall assessment criteria. In this final and made an application designed to help Kudat District Education Office in determining the ranking of candidates based on the value of the principal on certain criteria that the selection of the participants is a participant teachers as Kudat District selection. The method used to determine eligibility and priority in the selection of candidates for these principals to use Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) and Oreste.Keywords: Criteria, Assessment Administrative, Application, Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) and Oreste.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan dan pengamanan file merupakan unsur terpenting dalam pengolahan data, mengingat semua informasi disimpan dalam file. Banyak gangguan yang mengancam keberadaan file, untuk mengantisipasi ancaman tersebut perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan dan pengamanan file dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi kerusakan atau penyimpangan data yang disebabkan oleh berbagai macam gangguan tersebut. Pemeliharaan dan pengamanan data dapat diatur pada saat perancangan suatu system, sehingga akan lebih memudahkan administrator untuk melakukan pengamanan dan pemeliharaan data. Salah satu metoda pengamanan file adalah dengan enkripsi-dekripsi menggunakan metoda Rivest Code (RC4), dimana metoda ini dapat men-encode dan men-decode file atau pesan yang kemudian pesan tersebut disisipkan ke dalam gambar atau audio dengan teknik steganography, sehingga lebih terjamin keamanannya.Kata Kunci: Steganography, Cryptography, RC4, LSB

Abstract

In line with the development of information technology, the computer also increases the ability to help resolve problems in shared areas, including in the banking sector with the thorny problems of reporting Unused clustered, random data pembenahannya take a long time and then processed again into the parts which can be read in various branches of Bank Rakyat Indonesia wherever located. The system is designed to improve the effectiveness of a critical reading of the report that deal with both the problems of semi-structured or unstructured.Bank Rakyat Indonesia engaged in the financial cycle requires prompt reporting including reporting black list, reporting the rest of loan registration, reporting IPTW smoothly, IPTW Autumn, and loan maturity. Reporting - reporting on critical data is data that is sent to the center by a particular system of the BRI branch, and then random data that has been put together it was taken again by the BRI for stacking purposes by each BRI branch.Keyword: Parsing, BRI

Abstract

Almost all aspects of human life can not be released at this time of technology, especially computer technology. It can be seen from the increasingly widespread use of computers. Advances in communications technology have an influence on the development of data processing. Data can be sent from one place to another by means of telecommunications. Computer networks are not new today. Almost in every company there is a network of computers to facilitate the flow of information within the company. Using the Delphi program, the process of understanding becomes easier and interactive. Simulation learning aids, computer-based program to address a specific problem, in this case to address the issue of the introduction of computer networks and routers operating in internetworking. In general we can know and understand the workings of routers, capable of designing a router internetworking using either hardware or software. Cost savings in understanding the use of routers and able to cope troubleshoting arising in the implementation of the use of the router. In addition, to increase knowledge and insight into the field of computer science, in particular fascination in studying computer networking, internetworking, and in-depth introduction to the router as well as a reference when facing the same problem. Abstract

In this era when everything is expected to be instant, especially in field of Information Technology (IT), people are trying to find the quickest and easiest way to get the best solution, for examples are analysis, data processing, etc. Therefore, the progress of computer technology and its development should be able to meet the needs of everyone. It includes the possibility to detect the psychology of an individual. That is why the making of "Application Detection of Children aged 12-15 at SMP BETHEL Tasikmalaya" with the system which the author proposes is expected to help the performance of the ongoing system. The author proposes web-based computerized system. With this web-based computerized system, the data processing will be more effective and the information can be quickly delivered.This application is an application that can detect and find a solution for the psychology of children aged 12-15, which related to their academic and non-academic activities.Keyword : Detection, Children, Solution

Abstract

Penjadwalan merupakan rencana pengaturan urutan kerja serta pengalokasian sumber baik waktu maupun fasilitas untuk setiap proses yang harus diselesaikan. Jalur kritis adalah suatu jalur yang memiliki kegiatan dengan total waktu yang paling lama tetapi menunjukan waktu penyelesaian proyek yang tercepat.Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) digunakan untuk menentukan jalur kritis sebuah proyek. Metode PERT-CPM memecahkan masalah dengan perhitungan maju, perhitungan mundur dan perhitungan kelonggaran waktu.Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi analisis network planning pada proyek konstruksi bangunan dengan metode CPM dan PERT ini dapat membantu para pimpinan proyek dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai perencanaan penjadwalan proyek yang akan dilaksanakan.Kata Kunci : CPM, PERT, Kontruksi
