The amount of convenience and functionality of the use of digital media encourages people or businessmen in the world to use digital media in all of activities. Another function of the use of digital media is branding, sharing, promoting, and marketing. The development of internet and information technology is also a great influence on the development in promoting the products. To achieve those objectives, the activity is carried out by workshop method in the form such as delivery of material, discussion, and simulation and practice the use of digital marketing. This activity is concerned for young entrepreneurs in Ponorogo. There are several criteria classified by author intended to young entrepreneurs. First, young entrepreneurs being objectives are those aged between 15-35 years. Second, they are neither a member of community nor incorporated with associations of entrepreneur in Ponorogo. Furthermore, they were still running the business, particularly in marketing the products by using conventional or traditional way. Through this activity, those young entrepreneur groups will have better understanding about the importance of using internet media in enhancing business competitiveness. The majority participants gave positive feedback on the implementation of this public service activity.

Sate is a typical food of Ponorogo which its existence tends to increase from year to year in line with the increasing of population and welfare. The existence of sate has multiplier economy effect particularly in society and region in general. Sate sellers are almost spread in all over subdistrict both of within and outside the city. Relatedted to the availability of skewer which is still made traditionally with the result under capacity and not hygienic. Thus the main problem is how to produce skewer in sufficient quantities with good quality and hygienic. Ipteks Bagi Masyarakat (IbM) of skewer from Economic Faculty Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo attempts to solve the problem with production pattern approach from conventional into mechanical. Mechanical production is expected capable to provide skewer in sufficient quantities, qualified and hygienic skewer. Moreover, in society aspect it is expected to increase prosperity of skewer producer and sate seller by provide workfield.

East Java Government is committed to run sustainable development which is centered on society, especially the pro-poor-people (pro-poor growth) and gender mainstreaming. It is stated in the medium-term Region development plan period 2015-2019, with East Java development vision “Jawa Timur Lebih Sejahtera, Berkeadilan, Mandiri, Berdaya Saing, dan Berakhlak” and mission “Makin Mandiri Sejahtera Bersama Wong Cilik”. In order to realize the concept, the government designs a program to take in hand women’s poverty, especially for households in the manner of Kepala Rumah Tangga Perempuan (KRTP) through Feminism Poverty Reduction (FPR) program. The program is not only as a short-term effort to provide assistance to KRTP but also as an ongoing program in order to anticipate poverty trap on KRTP. Desa Nglanduk, based on Basis Data Terpadu (BDT) Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TNP2K) is the lowest 10% (decile 1) household welfare with female as the head of household. According to the data, prospective targets KRTP to implementate the Feminism Poverty Reduction (FPR) is as much as 20 households. Therefore, the existence of program assistant will help the process zero in on. The proposal of disbursement Special Financial Assistance Feminism Proverty Reduction Jalin Matra program East Java 2015 became one of instrument control which is expected capable to solve the problems particularly women’s poverty in the family level.

Thisis training aims to help academicians of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo in effort to improve the mastery of English for lecturers, especially in the reparation of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with purpose to pursue Doctoral. Moreover, it is also directed to provive opportunity for lecturer to participate an integrated English Language training which is designed and oriented toward TOEFL mastery program with prescribed 450 minimum score. The activity lasted from 4th of August 2016 for more than two weeks. The required amount of time is related to time allocation provided by university in considering that this training is expected not to interfere university activities. The participants are as much as 15 lecturers from various faculties in University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (vocational school) has a purpose to generate graduate which is ready to be employed. Therefore, the students need to have additional competence. It will be additional value for students to compete in the workplace environment. SMK Muhammadiyah Sumoroto is one of vocational schools in Kecamatan Kauman, Kabupaten Ponorogo. This school has two majors; there are accounting and computer networking technique. To improve students’ skill and creativity in graphic design needs to carry out training in Graphic Design, particularly animation design. This training is carried out in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumoroto with participants as many as 20 students from first and second grade. The software used in this training was Alice3 because it is pretty easy to run for beginners in animation design. The training was conducted twice and additional meeting to review and to discuss the result. The biggest obstacle of this training is a lack of computers. The amount of computer was less adequate, so that one computer was used by more than one student. It lead the training become less maximum. Overall the students could have used the software though the result have not been perfect yet.

This program is focused in programmable logic controller (PLC) training at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo students majoring electronics or audio video. The training concept includes introduction and programming of PLC with the expectation that the students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo who attended training obtain automation skills, especially in automation PLC. The skills could be a provision for the students after graduated or in the workkplace. The training was conducted in the laboratory of electrical engineering PLC Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo by lectures and experts in PLC. Eelectrical engineering in Muhammadiyah Uuniversity of Ponorogo is one of the universities in East Java which has a laboratory automation system PLC with national university standard that provides knowledge for profesional staff in the field of automation

A lot of people's attention focused on the empowerment of people who have both physical and psychological limitations. Attention is nothing but to help him in adjustments to face his life both in terms of communication, social relationships and to meet the needs of his life. The adaptive ability of people with mental retardation that they are trying to empower is their ability in vocational skills. This vocational skill is his ability in getting a job as a stock of his life. Developing vocational skills is not easy to require special ways in learning. Developing vocational skills by using economic empowerment in the environment of people who have mental retardation. Economic empowerment is done to improve the economic independence of people with mental retardation in idiot village, Sidoharjo village, Jambon district, Ponorogo. The aims is to empower people who have mental retardation economically adjusted to its ability that is with cultivation Kroto. The method used is to conduct counseling and training directly to people with mental retardation accompanied by their counterparts about economic empowerment with Kroto cultivation. Application of Kroto cultivation with two partners in Sidowayah hamlet, Sidoarjo village as a pilot project.

Community Service Activities this time was conducted in one type of SMEs namely Rambak Kerupuk "Mirasa" Dukuhturi Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. This dedication activity is in the form of counseling and business assistance, considering that this business is one of the business that has good potential good because it has high economic value, is a typical product of a region and its ability to help increase people's income. Production activities are still relatively simple and the marketing aspect is very simple. The product is packed in an old fashioned way using only plastic containers that are stapled and have not used labels and ordinary cardboard with photocopy labels. Throughout the activity, the partners get counseling and business assistance from the Team. Partners have also successfully extended their PIRT business licenses for the next five years and have created new brand labels that can add value to their products. Packaging also no longer use ordinary staples but already using a sealer to package the product. This activity hopefully can provide benefits for partners in developing their business.

Based on the problems SMK Setia Budi Balikpapan related limitations of the amount of equipment supporting Digital subjects, therefore the team PkM Balikpapan State Polytechnic community service activities with the title "Improving Teacher Competence with ICT Utilization through Aplikai Proteus in SMK Setia Budi Balikpapan". PkM implementation methods include pre-test, introduction of Proteus application, Proteus application usage practice, followed by simulation test of learning practice along with monitoring (observation) to partner after PKM activity ends. The purpose of this activity can be achieved by increasing the competence of SMK Setia Budi's teachers on Proteus Application so that it can be one alternative solution to overcome the limitations of the existing practicum tools especially for Digital Engineering subjects. And from the test results of learning practices from the students also helped to understand the learning materials with the use of this application.

ABSTRAKAkhir-akhir ini banyak sekali perhatian masyarakat tertuju pada pemberdayaan orang yang memiliki keterbatasan baik fisik maupun psikisnya. Perhatian tersebut tidak lain untuk membantunya dalam penyesuaian menghadapi kehidupannya baik dalam hal komunikasi, melakukan hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan maupun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Kemampuan adaptif orang dengan metal retardation yang di coba untuk diberdayakan adalah kemampuannya dalam ketrampilan vocational. Keterampilan vokasional ini merupakan kemampuannya dalam memperoleh pekerjaan sebagai bekal kehidupannya. Mengembangkan kemampuan vocationalnya tidaklah mudah diperlukan cara-cara khusus di dalam pembelajarannya.Mengembangkan kemampuan vocationalnya dengan menggunakan pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam lingkungan orang yang mempunyai mental retardation. Pemberdayaan ekonomi ini lakukan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi orang dengan mental retardation di kampung idiot, desa Sidoharjo, kecamatan Jambon, kabupaten Ponorogo.Tujuan adalah Memberdayakan orang yang mengalami mental retardation secara ekonomi yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuannya yaitu dengan budidaya kroto. Metode yang digunakan adalah mengadakan penyuluhan dan platihan langsung kepada orang dengan mental retardation yang di dampingi kader pendampingnya tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi dengan budidaya kroto. Aplikasi pelaksanaan budidaya kroto dengan dua mitra di dukuh Sidowayah, desa Sidoarjo sebagai percontohan. Dan Pembuatan sarang koloni semut.
