Based on the problems SMK Setia Budi Balikpapan related limitations of the amount of equipment supporting Digital subjects, therefore the team PkM Balikpapan State Polytechnic community service activities with the title "Improving Teacher Competence with ICT Utilization through Aplikai Proteus in SMK Setia Budi Balikpapan". PkM implementation methods include pre-test, introduction of Proteus application, Proteus application usage practice, followed by simulation test of learning practice along with monitoring (observation) to partner after PKM activity ends. The purpose of this activity can be achieved by increasing the competence of SMK Setia Budi's teachers on Proteus Application so that it can be one alternative solution to overcome the limitations of the existing practicum tools especially for Digital Engineering subjects. And from the test results of learning practices from the students also helped to understand the learning materials with the use of this application.

East Java Government is committed to run sustainable development which is centered on society, especially the pro-poor-people (pro-poor growth) and gender mainstreaming. It is stated in the medium-term Region development plan period 2015-2019, with East Java development vision “Jawa Timur Lebih Sejahtera, Berkeadilan, Mandiri, Berdaya Saing, dan Berakhlak” and mission “Makin Mandiri Sejahtera Bersama Wong Cilik”. In order to realize the concept, the government designs a program to take in hand women’s poverty, especially for households in the manner of Kepala Rumah Tangga Perempuan (KRTP) through Feminism Poverty Reduction (FPR) program. The program is not only as a short-term effort to provide assistance to KRTP but also as an ongoing program in order to anticipate poverty trap on KRTP. Desa Nglanduk, based on Basis Data Terpadu (BDT) Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (TNP2K) is the lowest 10% (decile 1) household welfare with female as the head of household. According to the data, prospective targets KRTP to implementate the Feminism Poverty Reduction (FPR) is as much as 20 households. Therefore, the existence of program assistant will help the process zero in on. The proposal of disbursement Special Financial Assistance Feminism Proverty Reduction Jalin Matra program East Java 2015 became one of instrument control which is expected capable to solve the problems particularly women’s poverty in the family level.

Freshwater fish is one of the flagship of Tulungagung regency where freshwater fish are cultivated in ponds around the house. The main problems faced by two Partners in this program is the growth of fish are strongly influenced by water quality and water circulation conditions. While the problems in post-harvest is that when quarantine in the aquarium requires regulation of dissolved oxygen levels, circulation, and temperature. This community service activity using a science and technology for society approach (IbM). The method of implementation of this activity are: 1) providing counseling; 2) the installation of appropriate technology (TTG) to the two partners in the form of pond’s electricity management with setup installation of electrical system complete with backup generator; and 3) training on the use of TTG. The results of IbM's activities turned out to have a positive impact for freshwater fish farmers because it has decreased the number of fish mortality, which means increasing the income of the two partners.

Community Service Activities this time was conducted in one type of SMEs namely Rambak Kerupuk "Mirasa" Dukuhturi Village, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. This dedication activity is in the form of counseling and business assistance, considering that this business is one of the business that has good potential good because it has high economic value, is a typical product of a region and its ability to help increase people's income. Production activities are still relatively simple and the marketing aspect is very simple. The product is packed in an old fashioned way using only plastic containers that are stapled and have not used labels and ordinary cardboard with photocopy labels. Throughout the activity, the partners get counseling and business assistance from the Team. Partners have also successfully extended their PIRT business licenses for the next five years and have created new brand labels that can add value to their products. Packaging also no longer use ordinary staples but already using a sealer to package the product. This activity hopefully can provide benefits for partners in developing their business.

Thisis training aims to help academicians of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo in effort to improve the mastery of English for lecturers, especially in the reparation of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with purpose to pursue Doctoral. Moreover, it is also directed to provive opportunity for lecturer to participate an integrated English Language training which is designed and oriented toward TOEFL mastery program with prescribed 450 minimum score. The activity lasted from 4th of August 2016 for more than two weeks. The required amount of time is related to time allocation provided by university in considering that this training is expected not to interfere university activities. The participants are as much as 15 lecturers from various faculties in University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

Dalam masyarakat masih terdapat sekelompok kecil orang yang berstatus penyandang kusta. Predikat penyandang kusta yang melekat pada penderita, kerap menimbulkan persoalan psikologis, sosial dan ekonomi dalam menjalankan perannya hidup di lingkungan masyarakat. Permasalahan-permasalahan psikiologis yang sering kali menghinggapi para penyandang kusta antara lain; rasa kecewa, takut, malu, tidak percaya diri, merasa tidak berguna, hingga kekhawatiran akan dikucilkan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan opini masyarakat yang menyebabkan penderita kusta dan keluarganya dijauhi bahkan dikucilkan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan data dari Puskesmas Padas jumlah penderita kusta di Kecamatan Padas ada 50 orang. Sedangkan jumlah penyandang kusta di Geneng ada 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam IbM ini adalah (a) Pelatihan Ketrampilan Sosial dengan program kegiatan seperti pelatihan motivasi, bimbingan dan konseling problem kepribadian (b) Penyuluhan peternakan dan perikanan dan pemberian bantuan modal kerja untuk peternakan kambing dan kolam ikan untuk budidaya ikan lele, dengan melibatkan dua kelompok 5 orang di kecamatan Padas dan 5 orang di kecamatan Geneng Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan IbM ini adalah pertama, pembuatan kolam ikan lele dengan melibatkan 5 orang penyandang Kusta di setiap kelompok mitra kecamatan Geneng dan Kecamatan Padas Ngawi dengan pertimbangan usia produktif. Kolam lele yang dibuat adalah model kolam ikan lele dari terpal dengan Lahan dibuat ukuran kurang lebih 2 x 4 meter dan menggunakan terpal berukuran 4 x 6 meter, Kedua, kegiatan pembelian kambing yang diberikan kepada penyandang Kusta di Kecamatan Geneng dan Kecamatan Padas sebagai bantuan modal ternak yang setiap masing-masing kelompok mitra diberi bantuan 4 (empat) ekor Kambing, Ketiga, Penyerahan bantuan, penyuluhann dan pendampingan kedua mitra tentang meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan penyuluhan ternak kambing yang efektif dengan melibatkan tim, programer dan penyandang Kusta.

Social media becomes one of the things that must be mastered and utilized well by institutions that want to publish their activities. Social media should also be used well and wisely. The methods used in this training are mentoring and peer tutors with material expectations that can be well received. The training is intended to provide insight into the proper use of social media so that it can provide benefits for the self. The participants of this training are the representatives of Bustanul Athfal (BA) teachers in Ponorogo District. There are 15 agencies involved in this training with the results of participants who have social media accounts of the institution and blogs that can be used as a publication medium.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (vocational school) has a purpose to generate graduate which is ready to be employed. Therefore, the students need to have additional competence. It will be additional value for students to compete in the workplace environment. SMK Muhammadiyah Sumoroto is one of vocational schools in Kecamatan Kauman, Kabupaten Ponorogo. This school has two majors; there are accounting and computer networking technique. To improve students’ skill and creativity in graphic design needs to carry out training in Graphic Design, particularly animation design. This training is carried out in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sumoroto with participants as many as 20 students from first and second grade. The software used in this training was Alice3 because it is pretty easy to run for beginners in animation design. The training was conducted twice and additional meeting to review and to discuss the result. The biggest obstacle of this training is a lack of computers. The amount of computer was less adequate, so that one computer was used by more than one student. It lead the training become less maximum. Overall the students could have used the software though the result have not been perfect yet.

Mosquito repellents are a type of plant that can be used to dumb mosquitoes without first prosessing mosquito repellent can be used to repel mosquitoes because they contain highly unwanted compounds. The use of chemicals as a mosquito repellent in the long term can cause nause, shortness of breath and endanger cancer because chemicals accumulate. Some mosquito repellent plants that can be cultivated include lemongrass, lavender, zodia, geranium and rosemary. Growing mosquito repellent plants in addition to mosquitoes can also be used as ornamental plant. It is hiped that after ths counseling can increase the motivation of the cummunity to cultivate this mousquito repellent plant

Has been implemented community service program in Desa Jati Kecamatan Udanawu kabupaten Blitar with the main partner of “keripik pisang” (banana chips) home industry. Implementation of the program focused on efforts to overcome the problems of the partners is low production capacity because it is still done manually. In addition, the quality of the product is also still low, not uniform thickness of the resulting chips. Solutions provided to partners in the form of a chopper machine capable of producing chips with a capacity of 12 kg / hour and an average thickness of 3 mm. The results obtained from the implementation of this program is the improvement of capacity and product quality. In addition, the entrepreneurship motivation of the partners has increased after previously experiencing difficulttimes.
