Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and help in improving employee performance at PT. Simed Indonesian initiative. The subjects in this study were 15 employees of PT Simed Prakarsa Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive research approach using a qualitative approach. The results in this study are seen in Table 2. The results of the variables with advanced stages. Several categories at PT Simed Prakarsa Indonesia are at a high level. But this will not affect the discipline of employees who have a value of 4. Encouragement or motivation by employees to give the best to the company. Work performance that is used by employees in a certain period of time, which company works Usually in the form of numbers or certain symbols. Then with these numbers or symbols, other people or employees themselves will be able to find out about the work performance that has been achieved. Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di Pada PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan tahun 2016-2018 Pada PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan memakai rumus analisis rasio menurut Keputusan Menteri BUMN No. 100/MBU/2002. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan neraca Pada PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura tahun 2016-2018 dan laporan rugi laba Pada PT. Mitra Bisnis Keluarga Ventura tahun 2016-2018. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan diperoleh data-data berupa laporan laba rugi dan neraca perusahaan tahun 2016-2018. Metode analisis data yang dipakai dalam pengujian dan pembuktian hipotesis terhadap permasalahan di atas yaitu metode analisis kuantitatif dengan memakai rumus analisis rasio menurut Keputusan Menteri BUMN No. 100/MBU/2002, dan metode kualitatif berupa pengambil kesimpulan dengan membandingkan angka-angka yang ada pada hasil pengambilan data sesuai dengan data atau informasi yang diperoleh dari analisa. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan masih dalam kondisi kurang sehat karena dalam jangka waktu tiga tahun perusahaan mengalami penurunan kinerja. Untuk itu, diharapakan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama dalam hal keuangan dengan mempertahankan tingkat Cash Ratio dan Current Ratio, memperhatikan perputaran asset sehingga nantinya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Perusahaan juga diharapkan mampu mempertahankan perputaran persediaan dan juga periode penagihan serta Perusahaan diharapkan juga dapat memperluas area pelayanan guna meningkatkan volume pendapatan perusahaan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis dalam menentukan keputusan ekspansi ditinjau dari beberapa kriteria investasi. Agar dapat menghitung secara benar maka peneliti menggunakan analisis metode least square dalam data berkala. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada perhitungan payback period (PP) didapatkan nilai 3 tahun 1 bulan 16 hari. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari umur maksimum bisnis. Nilai hasil ARR nya > dari tingkat keuntungan yang diisyaratkan yaitu sebesar 100 %, yaitu sebesar 1749,10% maka proyek ini diterima. Pada hasil Net Present Value (NPV) menunjukkan hasil Rp 10.778.358.768 NPV nya bernilai positif dan nilainya > 0. Berarti rencana pengembangan yang akan dilakukan dapat diterima. Pada hasil Internal Rate Return (IRR) Sebesar 317,1% dan Profitability Index (PI) sebesar 14,63 yang artinya usulan untuk ekspansi usaha layak dilakukan karena syarat PI diterima adalah >1.Analisis metode least square menunjukkan bahwa ramalan penjualan dan pendapatan dimasa yang akan datang mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 21.939.457.955 dengan penjualan 172.933.537 pack. Itu menunjukkan bahwa least square merupakan metode yang sering digunakan untuk menghitung data berkala. Kata Kunci : Kelayakan Investasi, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, Ekspansi

Abstract

The research was conducted at PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum) Probolinggo City with the aim to know the result of company performance analysis by using Balance Scorecard (BSC) method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, variable used financial perspective, customer, business / internal, learning and growth perspective. Data used from 2015-2017. The results showed that the financial perspective considered less good because the value of ROE and ROA is still below standard. On the customer perspective is considered good enough because the value of customer acquisition is good, and customer retention is quite good. In Business Internal perspective is considered good because the value of MERR is good. In the learning and growth perspective is considered good because the value of employee retention, training and absenteeism. The performance measurement results from the four Balance Scorecard perspectives are considered good enough. Keywords: Balance Scorecard, Performance Measurement Company.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Institute of Tutoring Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo with the objectives of the research to be achieved are (1) To know the significant effect of service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty simultaneously in the Institute of Tutoring Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo (2) To knowing the significant influence of service quality, corporate image, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty partially in the Institute of Tutoring Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo (3) To know among the variable quality of service, corporate image, and customer satisfaction that dominant influence on customer loyalty in the Institute of Tutoring Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo. The Population in this research is all parent-student of Learning Guidance Institute Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo which amounts to 395 people with the sample taken is counted 79 people with the criterion of parent-student who already use the service of Study Guidance Kumon Ahmad Yani Probolinggo minimum 1 year, with technique sampling is purposive sampling. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with the associative approach, the variables used include service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data analysis method of this research is the quantitative descriptive method by using statistics in the form of instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The result of the research is shown of simultaneous hypothesis test F count equal to 25,623> F table 2,73 with significance value (Sig) 0.000b proves that service quality, customer satisfaction simultaneously affects customer loyalty. The result of partial hypothesis test t table = 1,992 and value of t arithmetic X1 = 2,668, X2 = 2,501, X3 = 4,728 with value of third Sig variable <0,05 proves that service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction partially influence to customer loyalty. The result of the dominant hypothesis test shows that the X3 variable has t value greater than other independent variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan metode analisis Du Pont System. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 11 (sebelas) perusahaan rokok yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013-2017. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, maka diperoleh 4 (empat) perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan rokok yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017, hanya kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan PT. Handjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk yang berada dalam kondisi yang baik dengan nilai ROI dan ROE bernilai positif dan berada di atas standar industri. Abstract

The development of the quality of Human Resources has a much-needed position in bridging the increasingly transparent and global world development. For this reason, there needs to be a strategy to improve the quality of human resources, which leads to the development of complete human resources both in the physical and spiritual fields. This is done through the process of education, training and coaching as well as the development made by every manager in an organization, both business and public organizations, structured and professional. Anyone who can ask to be returned to employees who have just come from participating in education and training is obliged to share the knowledge gained for all Bappeda officials. Periodic discussions also need to be intensified, where Bappeda officials discuss presentation material, especially regarding actual development and planning issues. Efforts such as this, increasing collective capacity, building teamwork, improving the quality of officers, also have the potential to reduce competition tension in staff.
