Abstract

The development of Information Technology should make the company grow rapidly, including Islamic Financial Institutions, both in terms of receipt and distribution of funds, but in fact we can see that Islamic financial institutions still tend to be less developed compared to conventional financial institutions, this is caused by many factors, and therefore the purpose of this study is to find out whether human resources in Islamic financial institutions, namely employees and products offered, can affect the level of public trust in Islamic financial institutions either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a method of data collection and then tested by multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study showed that human resources or employees of LKS positively affected with a significant value of 0.003 while the products offered did not affect sharia financial institutions with a significant value of 0.440, while simultaneously these two independent variables had a positive effect with a significance value of 0.005.

Abstract

Isu tentang desa merupakan salah satu isu perkembangan dan pembangunan yang menarik perhatian, bahkan Presiden Jokowi sendiri memposisikan desa sebagai target utama pembangunan yang tercantum dalam Nawacita yakni membangun Indonesia dari pinggiran dengan memperkuat daerah-daerah dan desa dalam kerangka negara kesatuan sehingga desa menjadi salah satu bagian dari Kementerian desa, transmigrasi dan daerah tertinggal. Keberpihakan pemerintah terhadap desa sudah dimulai sejak terbitnya UU Desa No.6 Tahun 2014. Untuk nmewujudkan dana desa yang akuntabel maka ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah pendidikan dan pelatiahan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas akuntabilitas keuangan desa, sumber data dari peneitian ini adalah kuisioner yang disevar di Kabupaten Lumajang dengan metode kuantitatif sebagai metode penelitian, hasil dari penelitiann menyatakan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatiahn berpengaruh signifikansi yang positif terhadap kualitas akuntabilitas keuangan desa bauik secara pasrsial maupun simultan dikarebakan pendidikan dan pelatiahan menjadi landasan perangkat desa dalam menjalankan perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta pelaporan dana desa sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan

Abstract

This research is quantitative with explanatory and correlations approaches, where this study explains the condition of each variable and explains the effect of destination image variables and tourist’s trust on visit decision variable. The population is domestic tourists who visiting Balekambang Beach Malang on December 2019 or can be said of the study population is infinite population. While the samples used were 100 people from visitors to Balekambang Beach Malang. The number 100 is obtained after the calculation is done using the Lemeshow formula. Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses Liquidity Ratio Analysis, Solvency, Activity and Profitability. To assess Elzatta's Financial Performance, the purpose of this study is to determine the condition and performance based on financial ratios. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to find factual information. The object used in this study is the financial statements in the form of Balance Sheet and Loss Reports for the 2018 and 2019 periods. The data analysis method used is the quantitative data analysis method. The results of the study are seen from the liquidity ratio and the solvency ratio of the Debt to Asset Ratio in 2018 to 2019 which is very good. If seen from the Elzatta effectiveness level ratio based on inventory turnover in 2018 until 2019 in carrying out its operations it can be said to be effective. Profitability ratios can be seen from the Return on Investment and Return on Equity and the analysis of profitability ratios that have been carried out in 2018 until 2019 has increased. Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to test the design consistency of modern retailing or malls with the concept of biophilia. Building on the attention restoration theory (ART), the researchers used four sub-dimensions of being away, extent, fascination, compatibility to serve as variables that illustrate the potential of restoration of malls as the center of a new lifestyle of metropolitan consumers in the digital era. The present study used a sample of 120 respondents in the city of Surabaya, East Java. The research method used a 2 x 2 experimental design with the MANOVA and ANOVA methods in two experimental studies. Study 1 found that, as a whole, consumers regarded the lifestyle center of nature nuances as more likely to be comfortable, relative to those consumers not seeing plants, and experienced three of the four environmental characteristics (sub-dimensions) that represent the restorative environment. Study 2 found no significant differences between shopping purposes and the four sub dimensions that served as the dependent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the measurement of company performance using the Balanced Scorecard and SWOT methods on CV. Aqsha Probolinggo. Researchers used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, the method of collecting data using questionnaires and sampling techniques using Nonprobability sampling convenience sampling. he analytical tool used in this study is that the SWOT method is used to bring up alternative strategies of internal and external factors of the company, then translated into strategic goals into the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard to develop a strategy map, determine and calculate measures / targets, set targets strategic initiatives to improve company performance.The results of the study resulted in 11 strategic alternatives which were translated into 11 strategic objectives. Among them in the financial perspective there is a measure of ROI with a value of 0.30%, profit margin with a value of 0.31%, total assets turn over with a value of 9 times, on customer perceptions produces a number of customer retention with a value of 60%, in the perspective of internal business processes focuses on the delivery of existing efficient, consistent and timely completion of the product, while the learning and growth perspective shows that employee satisfaction is at an interval of 316 so employee satisfaction can be categorized as satisfied.
