Abstract

Abstrak:Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kiai dan Madrasah DiniyahKiai sebutan bagi seseorang yang mengajarkan tentang ilmu agama Islam di Indonesia yang mempunyai peranan penting bagi masyarakat. Seorang kiai mempunyai berbagai metode dalam mensyiarkan agama islam di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan salah satunya adalah berbasis Madrasah diniyah. Saat ini madrasah diniyah mengalami masalah yang cukup kronis yang dapat membahayakan eksistensinya yaitu menurunnya jumlah santri yang belajar disana. Kiai sebagai penentu arah madrasah diniyah tentu mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat, sehingga maju mundurnya suatu madrasah diniyah tergantung dari pola pikir dan tindak tanduk dari kiainya. Kiai harus mengetahui problematika yang ada dalam madrasah diniyah serta harus mampu membuat metode-metode praktis guna memperkuat lulusannnya. Kiai juga hendaknya memperluas wawasan dan koneksi supaya madrasah diniyah tetap eksis dan bisa memberikan lulusan yang bisa mandiri di masyarakat. Abstract:Keyword: Leader, Kiai and Diniyah SchoolKiai is the applellaton for man teaching Islamic knowledge in Indonesia he have urgent role for the society. Kiai have many methods for spread to doctrine of Islam in society. One of many methode from kiai with based diniyah school. Diniyah school now had heavy problem can bringing into annihilate this place is decrease amount of santri(applellation of students in diniyah school). Kiai as the leader from diniyah school have strong influence so succeed or broken it depend on from mindset and act kiai. Kiai must know a problem in diniyah school and making many methods to giving many skill out put. Kiai must expand insight and conections  for diniyah school still excist and can giving out put multy talent in society.

Abstract

Konsep pencegahan kenakalan anak menurut Nāṣiḥ ‘Ulwān merupakan sebuah konsep tindakan preventif yang dapat menekan timbulnya kenakalan dan penyimpangan perilaku pada anak. Beberapa pihak yang ikut bertanggung jawab dalam memegang peranannya dalam mencegah kenakalan anak, yaitu orang tua, masyarakat, dan Negara. lingkaran pranata sosial inilah yang saling berkaitan dan dapat menentukan arah perilaku anak ke depannya. Secara garis besar, pandangan Nāṣiḥ ‘Ulwān tentang pencegahan kenakalan anak dapat diupayakan dengan memaksimalkan bebarapa metode, yaitu Pengawasan terhadap dampak negatif media massa pada anak dengan metode penanaman prinsip-prinsip Islam, Peran aktif orang tua dalam mengaplikasikan tahapan pendidikan seksual bagi anak, Menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara bapak dan ibu dengan pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban masing-masing, Melakukan pengawasan terhadap tingkah laku sosial anak dengan metode authoritative Parenting, Jaminan negara terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi warganya, Orang tua berlaku lemah lembut dan menghindari perlakuan yang buruk terhadap anak, Mengisi waktu luang anak dengan sarana-sarana ‘amaliyat yang bermanfaat, dan Kerja sama orang tua dalam memperhatikan pendidikan anaknya.

Abstract

Hermeneutika sebagai bagian dari filsafat bahasa telah menjadi instrument dalam menafsirkan sebuah teks termasuk didalamnya teks-teks wahyu dalam al-Qur’an, dengan kata lain yang menjadi kajian dalam hermeneutika  bukan hanya terbatas pada kenyataan untuk mencari makna pada suatu teks yang ada, tetapi juga menggali makna dengan tiga perangkat yaitu dunia teks, dunia si pembaca, dan dunia si pengarang. Hermeneutika bekerja dengan dua pendekatan wilayah yaitu bayani dan irfani, sehingga ada hermeneutika yang bekerja pada wilayah bayani yang disebut tafsir dan hermeneutika yang bekerja pada wilayah irfani yang disebut ta’wil yang terimplementasi pada tasawuf.Kemampuan para sufi dalam melakukan penta’wilan al-Qur’an didasarkan pada  asumsi bahwa al-Qur’an tidak memiliki makna tunggal, maka masih terbuka untuk mencapai makna yang terdalam, sehingga para sufi berusaha menggalinya dengan menganggap teks al-Qur’an sebagai isyarat atau symbol. Penggalian makna ini hanya ada satu jalan yaitu metode irfani dalam rangka mencari makna yang diinginkan si pengarang, yang diyakini kemungkinan itulah makna yang hakiki.

Abstract

Quality of learning outcomes in high school Islamic Village Tangerang has not led to the skills performed by the teacher and the guidance values, resulting in a negative image and persuasive in students as well as cause disappointment for every customer education, it arose because of inadequate teachers to master how to put together a lesson plan which arranges content, media technology, and value in every learning process. Formulation of the problem in this research are as follows: 1) how the academic management information systems influence against the quality of learning outcomes?, 2) how the influence of teacher competence against the quality of learning outcomes?, 3) How the influence of the system information management competency and academic teachers together against quality learning outcomes?. This research was carried out by using the eksplanatori method of non-experimental. The population in this study was the HIGH SCHOOL teachers in Islamic Village Tangerang as many as 38 people. The technique of sampling in the census.The results showed a positive effect management information systems against the quality of the learning outcomes of 45.5% with P value 0.000 or α < 0,05. Influential teacher competence positively against the quality of the learning outcomes of 62.6% with P value 0.000 or α < 0,05. Management information system of teacher competence and positive effect toward the quality of the learning outcomes of 69.7% with P value 0.000 or α < 0,05

Abstract

Lately, many parents and educators are still complaining about the success of children's character education, especially in adolescence. Teenagers usually tend to violate moral values, ethics, and religious norms such as: undisciplined, not independent, disrespectful, against parents, lazy to learn, leave prayer, violence, fighting, brawls, etc. other. This creates a problem for parties: the government, schools, the community, more specifically for parents. Therefore research on the concept of qurrota a'yun as a child character based on the study of the Qur'an al-Furqan: 74, and as-Sajdah: 17 is important. There are various opinions of the scholars about the concept of qurrota a'yun, namely Ahmad Mustafa al-Maraghi, Ibn Kathir Muhammad Nasib ar-Rifa'i, Buya Hamka, and Quraish Shibab. The basic concept of child character education is religious, biological, psychological, sociological. So too, the role of parents and educators in shaping children's character can be done through a religious approach, habituation, emotional, rational, functional and obedience approach.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah bangsa yang memiliki tingkat keberagaman yang sangat tinggi baik itu dalam hal suku, ras, etnis atau pun agama. Sehingga tidaklah berlebihan jika kemudian Indonesia dikenal sebagai bangsa yang multikultural. Sehingga, perlu adanya upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di semua jenjang pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus.Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: 1) prinsip-prinsip penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan  Islam multikultural di Unisma didasarkan pada beberapa prinsip, yaitu: keterbukaan (openness), toleransi (tolerance), bersatu dalam perbedaan (unity in diversity), dan Islam rahmatan lil’alamin sebagai leader; 2) implementasi penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di Unisma terpolakan menjadi dua, yaitu multicultural knowing dan multicultural feeling.Multicultural knowing diberikan melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti Orientasi Kehidupan Kampus Mahasiswa Baru (Oshika Maba), Halaqoh Diniyah, dan Mata Kuliah Agama Islam 1-5. Adapun multicultural feeling ditanamkan melalui kegiatan student day; dan 3) penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di Unisma memiliki implikasi yang positif terhadap sikap toleransi para mahasiswa Unisma.

Abstract

Technological developments bring a lot of impact to the community without the exception of children, from gadgets, games, music, movies, and so on. This makes children reluctant to learn the science of religion, especially the Qur'an. Al-Qur'an as a way of life for Muslims, must be studied, and applied in life. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability to memorize the Qur'an using the Kaisa method in the perspective of multiple intelligence. The Kaisa method is a way of memorizing the Koran which is oriented to memorization and understanding of the verses of the Koran along with their meanings through movements or kinesthetic which are adapted to the meaning of each verse so as to make it easy to understand and remember every verse of the Qur'an given . This research was conducted at RTQ Malang City. This research method is descriptive qualitative, data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that memorizing the Qur'an using the Kaisa method was able to increase the interest of children in memorizing the Qur'an, understanding the meaning, and accommodating multiple intelligences (multiple intelligence)

Abstract

The researcher aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic religious education learning in the acceleration program at SD State University Laboratory Malang which includes PAI learning planning in the accelerated program at SD LAB UM, the implementation of PAI learning in the acceleration program at SD LAB UM, and the evaluation of PAI learning in the acceleration program at UM LAB SD. Researchers use a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses case studies. The results of this study are the implementation of Islamic Education Learning in the acceleration program at SD Laboratory State University of Malang, Includes: First the planning of PAI learning in the acceleration program at SD LAB, there are three stages in this planning. implemented by P2LP. The second stage of preparation in which all teachers must be able to compile and make their own learning models. The third stage of development where the teacher must be able to develop learning devices. The implementation of PAI learning in the acceleration program in SD LAB starts from the selection of learning models. While the evaluation in the acceleration program is carried out continuously and continuously to obtain information about the progress and success of student learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the arrangement of the madrasa work plan in Madrasah Aliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research, the subject of this research was the headmaster, the head of administration, the vice headmaster of the curriculum, the student affairs, and facilities and infrastructure. The object of the research was the arrangement of the madrasa work plan in Madrasah Aliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The techniques used in collecting data were interview and documentation. The analysis method used transcribing, coding, categorizing, and interpreting data. The research finding was the headmaster had designed the madrasa work plan by 1) Forming work plan by involving the head of administration, the vice headmasters, and school committee; 2) Giving direction about arranging madrasa work plan such as basics of arrangement, objectives, and budget needed in arranging madrasa work plan; 3) Arranging plan of activities such as description of activities, implementation, and expected results; 4) Arranging draft of RKJM by identifying real challenge and making work program; 5) reviewing and revising draft of RKJM; 6) Finalizing revision result of RKJM by executing the approval; 7) Signing the result of RKJM as Madrasa Strategic Plan; 8) arranging draft of RKT; 9) Reviewing and revising draft of RKT, and 10) Finalizing revision result of RKT by executing the approval. 11)Signing the result finalization of RKT as Madrasa Annual Activity Plan and Budget.
